查了一下中文名，原来这鱼也叫黑鲈。网上还有说它属于石斑类。。

另外一条红烧了。老二说是红烧鱼里最好吃的，胜过Haddock， Cod。据说这周还会有。很期待。。这鱼的鱼头大，头骨也真硬。居然没能打开。。哈哈，照片就免了。

夏季的蔬菜开始上市了，茄子，西红柿，柿子椒，西葫芦。周末做了两次French Ratatouille，因为太受欢迎了。
