这应该是夏天里一道很好的甜点,口感QQ的,而且做起来还算简单.下面我就一步步贴上图来教大家做.
材料:
红豆沙半罐 粽叶4片 太白粉1/4杯 地瓜粉1/2杯 水480ML

作法:
1.红豆馅搓成2公分左右的小球,粽叶剪成4公分左右的圆形.

2.太白粉,地瓜粉加水拌匀到粉末溶解.(心得:先少量的水把粉末调匀,再加入剩下的水).

3.中火隔水加热,且快速搅拌呈糊状(大约3-5分钟),马上取出连盆泡入凉水中降温.

4.将红豆馅包入凉后的糊糊中,放在粽叶上大火蒸4分钟,到外表呈透明状,取出凉后,放入冰箱冷藏10分钟以上就好.(心得,糊糊有可能沾手,不好包.手用水打湿后包会好点)
