NYS WCB G2029240, WCB's Conversion of CLEAR Files into BLURRED Documents

[As shown by my post on Oct. 09, 2020, that day I was emailing multiple involved parties three electronic (pdf) files, which show CLEAR images of the ONLINE "Dr. Benjamin S. Uh", whom was not recognized by me as the actually-met "Dr. Benjamin S. Uh", and of Dr. Yazan Rajai Jabaji, both from New York Medical & Diagnostic Center. Days later, I found New York State Workers' Compensation Board has combined and converted three files into one file in WCB's eCase Folder. The converted file is only black-and-white, and the images have been so blurred that it's not easy to identify features. There are a lot of QUESTIONABLE "Documents" in this case G2029240's electronic Folder, and I strongly believe it's the CORRUPT system that DELIBERATELY makes many Documents either TOO LIGHT (white) or TOO HEAVY (black), so the information on these important Documents is barely discernible, if ever noticeable. I will expose more examples of such fouled "Documents". Today, I emailed the parties the following text and two images about NYS WCB's handling on documents.]

I found out the three attached pdf files were converted by NYS WCB into a single file (Doc# 346745449, Received Date Oct. 09, 2020) in the Case Folder of WCB Case #G2029240. The problem of this CONVERSION is that the CLEAR COLOR IMAGES, especially of the ONLINE "Dr. Benjamin S. Uh",  in the ORIGINAL pdf files have become BLACK-AND-WHITE BLURRED, very hard to IDENTIFY. The COMPARISON of the two versions about the page having the ONLINE "Dr Benjamin S. Uh" image is DEMONSTRATED by the two attached JPEG image files. I view the government agencies' handling of many "documents" and/or "evidences" in this case of A SERIES OF MURDER-ATTEMPTS as questionable or even suspicious.

P.S. of Oct. 26, 2020: The online search finds such a DEATH "info" of such a "Dr. Mitchell Kaphan"!
!!!! I don't even believe that masked person I was seen by at New York
Medical & Diagnostic in year 2018 was named "Mitchell Kaphan". Absolutely, I
don't believe that person I was seen by died! The state-terrorists have
made a series of complicated schemes to murder me.
