The live "video" below has only the audio part, because the camera was blocked. During this total ~thirteen-minutes phone calls to 911, I had to call THREE times because the THREE different 911 receptionist voices all cut my calls short.

I called 911 today, because of the "legal document" images in the text message received at the early night of Feb. 18, 2022, Fri., of "Child Neglect Case, Docket No: NN-09918-21, In the Matter of Alexandria Wang (my daughter who would turn into 18-yr-old on 04/29/2022!). NYS Queens Country "Family" Court, through its whatever conspirator with an appeared phone number of [phone], sent such text messages. This number seems to have never texted me or been texted before. The Fraudster-like sender had one text message of "Test." in the beginning, and "Attached please find the Summons, Order to Show Cause, Petition, and Flyers in docket no. NN-09918-21. This is considered service of said documents." at the end. These Humanscums of the American Evil System often would NOT tell or answer WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT AGENCY OR BUSINESS S/HE WORKS AT! Also, the AES HUMANSCUMS OFTEN DO NOT INITIATE CALLS FROM SAME PHONE NUMBERS, AND OFTEN DO NOT LEAVE VOICE MESSAGES BEHIND IF NOT PICKED UP, i.e., they call in as if via a FRAUD. Often, they would NOT respond by text messages. I then texted back to demand the printout to be "served" to my being-eviction-threatened rental residence at 136-09 59th Ave, Ground Floor Rear Apartment, Flushing, NY 11355. Then, the same night of Feb. 18, 2022, two printouts, to Li Li and to Limin Wang, separately, were stuck onto the building's iron gate.

Li Li, as her psychiatric usual, would not even take in her copy, leaving alone to read and deal with it!!! Li Li has been turned into such a psychiatric or psychopathic adult woman since her twice desertions aided and abetted by the American Evil System, including American cops and psychiatrists. I took both copies in on the morning of Feb. 19, 2022, Sat, and read two new SHOCKING paragraphs:

"4. Alexandria Wang has reported seeing faces as night when she goes to sleep for the past three years. Approximately three weeks ago, Alexandria reported seeing faces while on the bus coming home from school. Alexandria reported being scared."

"5.  Alexandria has been engaing in weekly individual therapy at SCO since the inception of this Article Ten proceeding."

The paragraph 4. could be either COMPLETE BULLSHIT, or very worrying NEWS because of paragraph 5., to me. I had tried hard to communicate directly with my daughter Alexandria. But, the HUMANSCUMS OF THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM one way have long monitored and controlled my family's all electronic devices, and another way have "DECIDED" in their EVIL "JUDGE'S DECISION" to prohibit the communication or contact between the parents and Alexandria, with their EVIL COPS and JAIL THREATS. Alexandria Wang's phone number was also SWITCHED to a DIFFERENT phone service company and her physical phone was also completely changed by the AES HUMANSCUMS after they have CONTROLLED her with a "Legal decision" since Oct. 05, 2021! My poor daughter Alexandria somehow APPEARS to "follow" THOSE HUMANSCUMS' control over her, and RARELY would initiate or respond with any substantive material! As revealed in a days-earlier online post, Alexandria has obviously been coached/"educated" by those vicious evil humanscums to consciously or subconsciously irritate me, most probably for her and for those humanscums to claim that the father is unstable or psychopathic for their MULTIPLE VICIOUS EVIL PURPOSES. One is for them to smear me so those AES humanscums try to get completely away from their previous multiple attempted MURDERS on me! My both daughters, Alexandria Wang, and the elder one, >18-yr-old, Rosila Wang, had never been hostile toward me the father this way at all, leaving alone this degree, before the HUMANSCUMS OF THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM once again under the cover of "Administration for Children Services" contacted both daughters since September 2021! These humanscums have seduced, "educated", baited, and forced my daughters to run AGAINST the parents. Since Li Li is psychiatric, and either really too traumatized or too sinisterly evil, she is NOT responding to anything of anybody of the family! So, I am the one sustaining the extra brunt, besides the physical, physiological, and psychological serious direct injuries sustained from the multiple attempted murders onto me!!!!!! 

I called THREE times to Alexandria's cell phone at around 7:20 to 7:30 PM. The first call had NO RING AT ALL FOR MORE THAN TENS OF SECONDS, and then my phone screen popped up a white panel stating "Normal calls restricted by access control." before it was automatically ended. I often complain, all my electronic devices have long been controlled by the American Evil System. I re-tried immediately, heard rings, but the call directly went to voice message box, and I left a VM of a couple of minutes before the receiving end claimed the recording had reached its limit! I urged Alexandria to communicate with me DIRECTLY BY TALKING. Then I called the 3rd time, and I heard rings, and I heard Alexandria answering me! But Alexandria Wang was eager to find EXCUSES to disconnect me, such as by claiming that she needs to STUDY NOW. 

I then questioned WHO ACTUALLY MADE THE DECISIONS FOR HER TO SKIP SCHOOL ON JANUARY 11, 14, and 19!!!! Alexandria during that January time was also AVOIDING the honesty or GOING THE RUDE WAY. From Alexandria and her elder sister Rosila Wang, it seemed Alexandria had become ADULT-LIKE to make her own decisions independently to take THREE SCHOOL DAYS FULLY OFF for so-called visits to dentist, eye doctor, and for contact lens!!! I STRONGLY BELIEVE IT'S THE COORDINATED EVIL MANIPULATION OF LAZY BUT GREEDY BRONX HIGH SCHOOL OF SCIENCE AND VICIOUS FOSTER CARE "SCO FAMILY OF SERVICES" ONTO STUPEFIED YOUNG STUDENT TO STAY AWAY FROM SCHOOL, SO HUMANSCUMS CAN EARN EASY AND/OR UNSCRUPULOUS "COVID-19" MONEY WITH THEIR CLAIM OF "REMOTE TEACHING" OR "MEDICAL PROVIDING"! Because of her many days of school absence during the AES HUMANSCUMS' de facto kidnapping and jailing on Alexandria, I answered a humanscum black male voice from [phone] at 6:47 pm on Jan. 14, 2022. That NEGRO voice would NOT ANSWER WHO HE IS, and he claimed he was working for the "foster care" provider "SCO Family of Services" (www.sco.org)! I have that full phone call recorded. That NEGRO NEVER ANSWERED WHY MY DAUGHTER RIPPED INTO THEIR "foster care" was missing full days of school in a week or so! Instead, the NEGRO PROFESSIONALLY AND INDIFFERENTLY CLAIMED my outrage as instability! 

My 3rd call to Alexandria ENDED ABRUPTLY AND MYSTERIOUSLY as if my phone once again suddenly plummeted out of battery, while I was trying to ask Alexandria directly about the paragraph of claiming "seeing faces"! Why is this not another time of evidence that the American Evil System is a secret humanscum police system always monitoring and controlling people??? My phone itself did NOT register this outgoing call onto record, NOR did the phone service provider Lycamobile on its "record", WHICH often appears so WRONG, for example, how the fuck there is SO HUGE amount of DATA (of GB) in use at so many time points!!!! Also, some month, such as February 2019 of Lycamobile "record" was missing and replaced with a repeated neighboring March 2019!!!! while many significantly BAD things happened in Feb. 2019, for example, the INFAMOUS "HEARING" of my workers' compensation case G2029240 on Feb. 01, 2019!

The humanscum attorney "Rachel Radomski", claimingly representing the PETITIONER NYC "Administration for Children Services", further wrote in the printout delivered by whoever at the 02/18/22 night:

"7. Foster care staff cannot even speak to the respondent father or the respondent mother in order to get their consent for services for the subject child.
a. The respond father is in a constant state of yelling, anger, and agitation, and will not listen to anything that is spoken to him.
b. The respondent mother refuses to speak to foster care staff at all."

Readers, listeners, please hear who are the ONES NOT LISTENING TO ANYTHING SPOKEN, first from the example of the 911 calls below, and then from other live broadcast recordings, and from the recorded audios and videos. I would POP UP THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM HUMANSCUMS' VICIOUS LIES on the 9am, 02/23/22 "hearing", if ever those HUMANSCUM COWARDS would ever allow my side's facts, evidence, reasoning to be heard by the AES HUMANSCUMS! THOSE VICIOUS AES HUMANSCUMS ONLY ALLOW THEIR FRAUDS FOR THEIR OWN "EVIDENCE" and BULLSHIT. 

The first 911 receptionist sounded like an old black woman. She had no permission for me to read out the paragraph of "4. Alexandria Wang has reported..." and she professionally sent murderous cops as helpers to ME, instead of to Alexandria Wang at the unknown-to-me location for the welfare checking. As I have always complained of EVIL MANIPULATING/CONTROLLING/RUINING ALL MY ELECTRONIC DEVICES, my one electronic device's recording was mysteriously stopped during the 911 calls! AFTER my three 911 calls, Cops did call, shown as again "Private number", at 5:30 pm for 2 min 21 sec to me. The cops wanted to come to CONTACT me, instead of to check the welfare of my daughter at the UNDISCLOSED "foster care" about the "hallucination" of "seeing faces"! The cops were arrogantly tauntingly vicious on the phone. [INSERT THE AUDIO FILE HERE] When I started to try live record their phone call on Facebook, they immediately magically hung up the call!!! Why isn't this another evidence of CONSTANT UNIVERSAL SECRET POLICING? 

The 2nd 911 receptionist, a male voice, was so impatient that he quickly hung up my 911 call.

The 3rd 911 receptionist, a different female voice, was also not even interested in hearing any matter, and then like some receptionists in the past months, claimed this should be dealt by 311, not 911, or by the "Court'. Then the phone had to be ended.

This round of three 911 calls largely REPRESENT my 911 experiences of HOW 911 "WORKS" over the years, particularly since Alexandria Wang was de facto kidnapped and jailed by the American Evil System! My daughter Alexandria Wang, a minor, and my whole family, are not valued in the American Evil System's any "Service" or "Protection", rather than in its Negligence, Intentional Tort, Torture, and Murder.

Those humanscums of the American Evil System has been ruining my daughter Alexandria Wang to become either a prostitute to the American Evil System and/or a medical human experimental animal as a "psychopath", and has been using such a ruin on Alexandria Wang to further ruin the parents and the whole family, and particularly me the fighting-back-on-AES father! The AES HUMANSCUMS as psychiatrists in Long Island Jewish Medical Center or "foster care" like "SCO Family of Services" have EVIDENTLY RUINED my almost 18-yr-old daughter Alexandria Wang, because Alexandria Wang had NEVER ALLEGEDLY said to ANYONE "seeing faces" ANYTIME before the American Evil System de facto kidnaps and jails and ruins AW since the night of Sept. 24-25, 2021. And since then, THOSE AMERICAN EVIL COWARDS HAVE SEDUCED AND FORCED MY TWO DAUGHTERS TO USE MOSTLY, IF ANY, TEXT MESSAGES, AS COMMUNICATION ON SUCH SERIOUS MATTERS, AND IT'S SO OBVIOUS THAT THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM CAN EASILY CONTROL AND DISTORT SUCH A TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATION MEANS. Thus, it's very hard for me to get all facts and evidence against the AES HUMANSCUMS, but it's easy for the AES HUMANSCUMS to manipulate their "evidence".

SO, WHILE I KEEP THE FIGHTING BACK AGAINST THE HUMANSCUMS OF THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM, I DO PRAY, GOD AND HEROES AROUND THE WORLD, PLEASE DO DESTROY THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM AND SUBSYSTEMS AROUND THE GLOBE! Please shed some care into this matter, and spread me the father's outcry over the matter of my almost 18-yr-old daughter being initially seduced and forced by HUMANSCUMS as guidance counselor and social worker and so-called “friend" to AW for Alexandria Wang to run away from home and later being de facto kidnapped and jailed by the NYC cops and American psychiatrists in hospitals unaccessible or "foster care" undisclosed to the parents. On Feb. 18, 2022, the humanscums who have Alexandria Wang claim Alexandria Wang "seeing faces" during the past three years when she goes to sleep, and "seeing faces" on bus from school to "foster-care" "home". The humanscums never accountable with any real name or real work affiliation WANTS further "LEGAL" CONTROLLING "rights" over my daughter, almost 18-yr-old, such as MORE of whatever their HUMANSCUM PSYCHIATRIC "TREATMENT" onto my know-almost-nothing-about-this-evil-America daughter. Just ask those cowardous, never accountable, never exposable to sunlight, how my daughter Alexandria Wang has allegedly shown such hallucination symptoms only after months into the hands of HUMANSCUMS OF THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM?????? Alexandria Wang was healthy and only wanting a PEACEFUL HOME WITHOUT THE MOTHER LI LI WHO HAS BEEN TURNED INTO PSYCHIATRIC OR PSYCHOTIC BY THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM AT LEAST SINCE YEAR 2014, Why the American Evil System would not take away the psychiatric or psychotic Li Li away for any real treatment or any real assistance, so Alexandria Wang could stay home with the biological father for her real learning and growing????????? The only plausible explanation of the OPPOSITE ACTION FROM THE HUMANSCUMS OF THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM would be: THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM WANT TO DESTROY FAMILIES LIKE MINE FROM ALL ASPECTS.

I DEMAND MY DAUGHTER TO BE RETURNED TO ME IMMEDIATELY, AND I WANT LI LI TO BE TAKEN OUT FOR ANY REAL EVALUATION OR TREATMENT. I CAN NOT ALLOW THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM TO RUIN MY DAUGHTER ALEXANDRIA WANG INTO ANOTHER PSYCHIATRIC OR PSYCHOTIC PERSON, AS THE AES HAS TURNED LI LI INTO SUCH A WRECK.
