RE: The IDENTIFICATION ISSUE of some involved “MEDICAL PROVIDERS”, PARTICULARLY of “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh”

There have been NUMEROUS SOLID EVIDENCES that this has been a SERIES of PREMEDITATED AND COORDINATED MURDER-ATTEMPTS veiled as workplace accident(s) and then as medical “diagnoses” and “treatments” on my life. I have been appealing long to the government agencies for the three aspects of justice: 1) honest and clear Magnetic Resonance Imaging diagnoses on my head and whole spine, and then the proper treatments; 2) FULL compensation for all my lost work time since January 16, 2018; 3) investigate and punish the INTENTIONAL criminals. The businesses and governments have been taking my life and my requests for justice as a JOKE.

I would not repeat the already-exposed cruel jokes of the involved businesses and government agencies here. Since my opponents, including NYS WCB, openly re-made my serious neck injury as still a dispute since September 11, 2019, and the so-called TELEPHONIC DEPOSITION from “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” has been dragged over so MANY so-called hearings over so MANY months, and what had been claimed from “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” about his lies of his UNREADINESS for the TELEPHONIC DEPOSITION during the Oct. 02 2020 TELEPHONIC hearing, and once again the NYS WCB and the defense attorney MADE UP statements in the documents like Decisions as “facts” or “evidences”, I have to point out one thing early here. The REAL IDENTITIES of some of the involved “MEDICAL PROVIDERS” from MULTIPLE involved medical service sites, INCLUDING “DR. BENJAMIN S. UH”, are STRONGLY SUSPICIOUS!

THE “DR. BENJAMIN S. UH” WHO “DIAGNOSED” ME, LIMIN WANG, AT NEW YORK MEDICAL & DIAGNOSTIC CENTER (80-46 KEW GARDENS RD, KEW GARDENS, NY 11415, TEL: [phone]) FOR SEVERAL TIMES SINCE FEBURARY 16, 2018, IS NOT THE “DR. BENJAMIN S. UH” SEARCHABLE ONLINE.

This facial photo of “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” came out first and foremost when I Googled by “Benjamin S. Uh Orthopedic Surgeon New York”, but that is ABSOLUTELY NOT the “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” I visited at New York Medical & Diagnostic Center. However, this ONLINE “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” is CLEARLY DESIGNATED as an Orthopedic Surgeon and his office location is DEFINITELY DISPLAYED as New York Medical & Diagnostic Center (80-46, Kew Gardens Rd, Kew Gardens, NY 11415). This physical address has only that building with two floors above ground and a basement level, and is labelled solely as New York Medical & Diagnostic Center. The FIVE other photos in the set associated with this ONLINE “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” photo are supposed to further assure that this ONLINE “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” is the REAL “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” working in NYMDC at 80-46. The ONLINE “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” is shown with an NPI 1871690578, which matches EXACTLY to the NPI of “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” shown on the C-4.2 forms in this NYS WCB Case # G2029240. [attached file: NOT THIS Dr. Benjamin Uh, MD, Kew Gardens, NY _ Orthopedic Surgeon by GOOGLE Oct 05 2020.pdf].

From the first HUNDREDS of IMAGES resulted from Googling “Benjamin S. Uh Orthopedic Surgeon New York”, NONE can be identified by me as the “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” I was actually seeing at NYMDC [attached file: benjamin s uh orthopedic surgeon new york - Google Search Images Oct 05 2020.pdf], while I can EASILY IDENTIFY Dr. Yazan Rajai Jabaji, a Chiropractor at NYMDC from the second page’s top row, the third image from the left. Yazan Rajai Jabaji was the one who suddenly and violently twisted my head & neck while I was told by him to relax my head & neck in prone position, and who suddenly and forcefully crushed on my back while I was resting prone and waiting on the medical table unprepared for anything. Such INTENTIONAL PROFESSIONAL ATTACKS on February 17, 2018, Saturday, can be proven INTENTIONAL.

From the NYMDC.com website, their homepage shows a floating frame stating that NYMDC stays OPEN during the COVID-19 pandemic, and “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” is still listed as an ACTIVE physician working at NYMDC, although no photo or description is attached to the name “Benjamin S. Uh”. I can easily VERIFY the pictures of Dr. Martin Gillman and Dr. Jacob Sadigh on NYMDC.com, but the images of some others involved “medical providers” at NYMDC are not shown there, and the INTRIGUING ALWAYS-MASK-COVERED, RARELY-TALKING, “TREATING” physician “DR. MITCHELL KAPHAN” IS NOT SHOWN AT ALL on NYMDC.com, however, SO MANY “MEDICAL REPORTS” from NYMDC on this case LIST “MITCHELL KAPHAN” as the “Medical Provider”. What is stated on the WCLJ DECISION of the Oct. 02, 2020 Telephonic Hearing about that TELEPHONIC “Dr. Benjamin S. Uh” is also HORRIFYINGLY INTRIGUING.

I have been long asking the U.S.A. government agencies to investigate this SERIES OF MURDER-ATTEMPTS case, but the government agencies have NOT been serving the JUSTICE. Is it a tale of DO-NOTHING corrupt government or of STATE-TERRORISM murderous government?

My "medical" visits to New York Medical & Diagnostic Center were happening between February 15, 2018 and January 29, 2019, way before the so-called COVID-19 pandemic, but the several times of visits to "Dr. Mitchell Kaphan" at NYMDC, "Dr. Mitchell Kaphan" was always wearing a mask and barely talking anything to me! It's as intriguing as the real identification of the actual "Dr. Benjamin S. Uh" I visited.
