After I called [phone] for the VIRTUAL hearing by phone, I was told to wait for the call-in. While I waited for the call-in around 9:00 am, I found my phone service WAS completely gone. Then I tested by calling [phone] again, and the call could NOT be made through at all, and phone
screen popped up a line of several words, probably "the number is for subscribers only!" and then the call-out ended. A few minutes have past 9:00 am, and I was so WORRIED the EVIL SYSTEM would then claim "Limin Wang is absent" again. I called [phone] again, and the automatic response this time started. Still DURING the selections to go for a human being on the other end, a call from (518)5490500 came in!

Then the SHAM AND SHAME "legal" process simply went on THE PERPETRATORS' WAY. The employer/insurance IME dr robert s. april, who has total GOOGLE-REVIEW-SCORE OF ONLY 1 AND FROM ONLY 1 SHOWN REVIEWER, and should at least have a total score of 2 if Google had allowed my review displayed because the available lowest score is 1 out of 5, simply played the SHAM AND SHAME TELEPHONIC DEPOSITION like the EMPEROR'S AIR-CLOTHES SHOW. As I had written in my rebuttal titled The Pursuit of Truth, available on WCB eCase Folder and online posts, insurance IME dr robert s. april simply co-played with the insurance defense lawyer woman, instead of being cross-examined by me the injured worker! While I tried to object rsa's distortions and fabrications, all these parties including the WCL judge Lucky Enobakhare, robert s. april,
and the Jones | Jones attorney woman CLAIMED NOW THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ME.
When I was so outraged and said with foul words, these parties clearly understood me.

During the little less than one hour phone show, these parties later played out their lies of the UNAVAILABILITY OF a "treating" doctor Benjamin Uh, since the MARCH 27, 2020 hearing, for FOUR FULL MONTHS. THEIR LIES WENT WITH A WRITTEN DOCUMENT on eCase Folder, and I pasted it here as four consecutive frames. WHAT DISGUSTING LIES! The EVIL SYSTEM PLAYED ON the so-called COVID-19 again, and THESE PERPETRATORS CLAIM THAT the namely
orthopedic surgeon dr Benjamin Uh HAS BEEN BUSY WITH SURGERIES ON PATIENTS
during the so-called COVID-19 airborne coronavirus pandemic! They once again would not take on any of my verbal or written rebuttal to such kind of lies of UNAVAILABILITY for TELEPHONIC DEPOSITION. THE REAL reason is a person by the name of dr benjamin uh had played a role in the PREMEDITATED AND COORDINATED MURDER-ATTEMPTS on my life, and such MURDER-ATTEMPTS HAVE LONG BEING SOURCED FROM THE U.S.A. GOVERNMENT.

During my hysterical scream toward such SHAM AND SHAME "legal" process, I shouted that such an EVIL SYSTEM is the REAL EVIL SYSTEM, while the Nazi's or Communists Systems are not so evil as claimed by the REAL EVILS.

My opponent parties CLAIM now that the Dr. Benjamin Uh is not available. I am curious why the requests by Jones | Jones LLC for Telephonic Deposition were sent to 210 W Park Avenue, Long Beach, NY 11561 while my visits to an Asian-looking middle-aged lean and tall man who was said to be Dr. Benjamin Uh were all happening at New York Medical & Diagnostic Center (80-46 Kew
Gardens Rd, Kew Gardens, NY 11415 (Tel: [phone])). WHERE JONES | JONES found the LONG BEACH address of Dr. Benjamin Uh? From their SCHEME? The EXCUSES claimed in the document # 4000251870 Received by WCB on July 23, 2020 from Jones | Jones LLC for such unavailability of Dr. Benjamin Uh over months since the RIDICULOUS MARCH 27, 2020 hearing are RIDICULOUS! I WAS WAITING FOR THE WCLJ LUCKY ENOBAKHARE ON MARCH 27, 2020 FOR THAT HEARING, BUT I WAS NOT GETTING THE WCLJ’S PHONE CALL AND THE WCLJ’S DECISION CLAIMED I WAS ABSENT ON THAT MARCH 27, 2020 HEARING.

THERE ARE MANY SO-CALLED “DOCTORS” from New York Medical & Diagnostic Center (80-46 Kew Gardens Rd, Kew Gardens, NY 11415 (Tel: [phone]) were “diagnosing” and “treating” me during the year 2018! Then Call Chiropractors today or never Drs. Martin B. Gillman, Jacob K. Sadigh, or always-mask-covered and rare-talking “Dr. Mitchell Kaphan” (during my year 2018 visits). As I rebutted in Document # 4000252075 (WCB Received Date 07/24/2020), the NECK should have long been judged as an established injury site, and so should be my LEFT ELBOW and ALL FOUR LIMBS because of TETRAPLEGIA!!!!!!!!! THE EVIL SYSTEM IS ONLY AFRAID OF THE TRUTH BEING OPENLY CONFRONTED BY ME THE INJURED TO THE PERPETRATORS!!!!!!!

For any one interested in the REAL New York System, try to FEEL how IRRESPONSIBLE Jones | Jones LLC law firm is to a injured victim human being's life! Also, how INTRIGUING it is that the NYS WCB did NOT send a copy of its 03/27/2020 hearing's decision DIRECTLY to dr benjamin uh, whose information is supposed in the Case Folder. I will leave other serious issues about the WCB's Decisions for new posts.
