How Alpha 3T MRI Fouls on the Medical Image DVDs in An Attempted-Murder Case?

Introduction:

This realistic story mainly tells how a medical diagnostic imaging MRI facility, Alpha 3T MRI (145 East 32 Street, Ground Floor, New York, NY 10016. Phone: [phone]), gave me, an apparent workers’ compensation case (NYS WCB# G2029240) patient but actually a victim of attempted murders, a DVD completely blank in its content but with my information printed on the disk skin, soon after the MRI scan, and then a replacement DVD unable to run its program to see any MRI image, four full weeks later. Alpha 3T MRI didn’t explain why a blank DVD was given in the first time, but multiple personnel at Alpha 3T MRI were giving me numerous “reasons” why their “normal” DVD of MRI medical images can not be viewed on my year-2019 HP laptop.

 

Background of the Case:

Some background information is needed for some concerned readers to understand why I have a big problem about these problematic DVDs. I, Limin Wang, sustained serious head and spine injuries from perpetrators’ conspiracy of continuous murder attempts, which were first carried out as a January 16, 2018 workplace (B.Q. Wide Auto Body Parts Supply, Inc. 109-35 178^th Street, Jamaica, NY 11433) “accident” of my fall from near the top of an 8-feet stepladder meticulously broken and then veiled as professional “diagnoses” and “treatments” by treating clinics.

For example, on my first day visit, February 15, 2018, to New York Medical & Diagnostic Center (80-46 Kew Gardens Rd., Kew Gardens, NY 11415), I was unexpectedly sprayed with some metallic filings to my face area and breathed in at least one such filing which showed up inside my throat on an X-ray image taken immediately afterwards by Dr. Martin B. Gillman. I had told Dr. MB Gillman that I would have a head MRI at Alpha 3T MRI that Feb. 15, 2018 afternoon. Such metallic filings inside the body would be very harmful or dangerous to life during the MRI scan. On Feb. 17, 2018, the chiropractic treatment at NYMDC by Dr. Yazan R. Jabaji was rendered as sudden rotating of my head & neck by about 90° and crushing my back while I was told to lie prone on a medical table with my head & neck extending over the table end and to relax. On Feb. 19, 2018 morning, I was attached with electrodes, including one on my head, and then electrically shocked by an old Jewish technician at NYMDC. This was carried out with the so-called “normal” Somatosensory Evoked Potential (SSEP) diagnostic test. I have been prescribed and given about ten medications over the past two years, including months of painkiller prescribed by NYMDC and the rest by New York City Medical & Neurological Offices, PC (91-31 Queens Blvd, Suite 601, Elmhurst, NY 11373). Both NYMDC and NYCMNO were referred to on Feb. 14, 2018 by Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti, LLP (91-31 Queens Blvd, Suite 400, Elmhurst, NY 11373), my workers’ compensation case attorney’s law firm. The attorney-client relationship was mutually terminated on Feb. 15, 2019, after BCF, together with the treating clinics, the employer’s/WC insurance’s defense law firm, Jones | Jones LLP (5 Hanover Square, Suite 1001, New York, NY 10004), and WCL Judge Anthony Golden collaborated to reach a decision of “no medical evidence” to suspend my temporary total disability compensation of $437.87/week on the February 01, 2019 hearing at Workers’ Compensation Board, 168-46 91^st Avenue, 3^rd Floor, Jamaica, NY 11432.

My fall injury mechanism was relatively complex, but not supposed to be too hard for quality medical professionals to understand. When I was standing near the top of the meticulously tampered-with 8-feet stepladder to stock an auto fender to the top shelf, the ladder was tilting, so I reached my left hand to grab the stocking shelf, and I rotated to avoid possible face scratching by the shelf and auto body parts. When my left arm was pulled by my body and the auto part’s free fall to its length limit, my body had a vertical acceleration-deceleration compression/traction, a hyperflexion of my head & neck with a split second of complete loss of consciousness, and a hyperextension of my head & neck along with regaining consciousness and hearing a loud metallic banging sound, and a side-way jerk to my body axis, and then a further fall to the ground due to lost hand-grip. The immediate symptoms nonexclusively include altered consciousness, swelling pain on my head’s frontal top, blurry vision, neck pain, chest pain, nausea, loss of balance, pain on back and limbs, etc. Along with the added “diagnoses” and “treatments”, the traumatic sequelae have a plethora of symptoms all over my body and systems, nonexclusively including persistent headache, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, impairment to vision, hearing, smelling, pain/ numbness/ dystrophy on head, neck pain, neck stiffness, neck numbness, throat area sense of swelling, whole front chest pain, chest fullness, heart pain/ tightness/ racing/ arrythmia/ weakness/ throttling/ etc, respiration pain, hyperventilation at rest, nausea, low appetite, weak urination, whole back pain, all four limbs pain/ spasm/ dysesthesia, abdominal skeletal muscle pain, memory loss, cognitive impairment, sleep disorder, impairment on reproduction system, emotional and behavioral extremities, etc and etc. The degree of symptoms varies from moderate to severe or even extreme, and the duration of some symptoms may be constant and/or sporadic episodic. Sitting, standing, walking or other physical exertion can EASILY exacerbate the symptoms, to a MISERABLE level. Such pain and sufferings can NOT be immediately mitigated by resting supine, especially on all the symptoms on the head, although a good nighttime sleep or a long daytime nap generally does help. The professional deniers from the businesses and the governments generally ignore me and my sufferings from what they have inflicted on me. I sincerely hope such an evil system will by any odds be turned on themselves the deniers for themselves to understand the evil system by themselves.

The treating physicians and the not-so-available diagnostic imaging facilities have majorly laundried, covered-up, evidence-deleted, or blame-shifted, instead of honestly diagnosed and then properly treated my serious injuries, to minor sprains and strains or to cervical spine “osteophytes” or “degenerative disk disease”. Treating physicians often don’t listen to or include much what I the patient complain of my symptoms, instead, they may claim many tests they have done and many results they have found normal, or they may include something they write as what I have said or done or shown. And, to the deniers, as if patients under the diagnoses and treatments of such a medical system can only improve in health, otherwise, it’s patients’ fault or fraud! The reality is that the so-called workers’ compensation insurance is a flat-out systemic fraud, and is used to carry continuous murder attempts to me with the LEGAL EXEMPTION to LEGAL PROFESSIONAL MURDERING or ASSASSINATION. Such WC insurance uses all means to deny liability, including using professional so-called IME physicians to carry out the sham Independent Medical Examination to usually, “objectively” unscrupulously laundry the “subjective” symptoms all clean. The administrative agencies such as Workers’ Compensation Board are rooted in a capitalism base ruled by the intertwining property and power, and so are the profit-oriented private law firms. My previous writing of The Pursuit of Truth (one online link to it is https://blog.wenxuecity.com/myblog/58770/201912/20463.html) has exposed some details, and my upcoming writing of The Pursuit of Justice will directly reveal more to carry the gist that it’s the evil slavery system that has caused me the grave sufferings on life, liberty, and happiness. Victims like me of such apparent attempted murders can only wish for some mercy and some help from some residual conscientiousness in the world to aid my struggling for survival on my own “pseudo-omnipotence” on law, medicine, science, electronics, and English, etc.

 

The Dec. 27, 2019 Head MRI and Blank DVD:

After about a year of repetitive request to many parties for a second-time head MRI, it’s the registered nurse Ms. Hyesim Moon from Dr. Mehrdad Golzad’s NYCMNO on November 26, 2019 that provided me the referral. And it’s Alpha 3T MRI, the NYCMNO’s routine business partner, that provided me the 2^nd time head MRI on December 27, 2019 without subjecting me to the “prior authorization” hurdle usually imposed by the denying or irresponsive insurance or WCB bureaucrats or judges. Such scarce help represents the transient hope, and the desperate me looks forward to them for their consistent help. When the previously perceived help leads to some actual trap, I hope someone can imagine the devastation to a desperate person with near-death murder-style-injuries.

When I called Alpha 3T MRI on Dec. 09, 2019 and asked the reception gentleman whether Alpha 3T MRI has routine business with my former WC case attorney’s law firm BCF and whether the actually-mutual termination of the attorney-client relationship will seriously affect Alpha 3T MRI’s service and findings on my head MRI, his answer as yes, and no, respectively. With that, I continued to ask for an MRI appointment, and the earliest available appointment from him was on December 26, 2019. Since December 26 is the late Supreme Leader Chairman Mao’s birthday anniversary, and the advocated People’s Day, I then asked for and was offered with an appointment of 3 pm, Dec. 27, 2019, Fri.

The MRI thing appeared to go generally normal on Dec. 27, 2019. The mid-aged male MRI-operator seemed a little hostile in preparing me right before the scan while I initiated almost no talk with him. Upon my request, the front-desk round-faced young lady provided me a full copy of my answered Questionnaire and a transparent-color-cased DVD with my related information printed on the DVD skin, after I waited for about twenty minutes after the MRI scan. When I held the DVD and asked her, “everything here?”, her answer was “That’s your image disk for the day.” Afterwards, this “image disk for the day” turned out to be a brand-new blank DVD inside, and computers all took it such way to prompt burning files to its total 4+ GB free capacity.

 

Alpha 3T MRI Gives the Dysfunctional DVD on Jan. 24, 2020:

On January 24, 2020, Fri. noon, I called Alpha 3T MRI about the issue of being given an empty disk, the answering lady told me, “All right, if you want, we can burn you another one and give you if you want to come and pick it up.” I asked her to burn the disk now because I would come in that afternoon, and to make sure it’s complete with all the images on, so it wouldn’t need me to wait there long and still end with another problematic disk. The lady agreed, “Yeah, we can do it now.” She also said clear, “We’re open Monday to Friday, eight A.M. to eight P.M. You can come in anytime to pick up your CD.” Their business website conspicuously shows their open hours of Mon to Fri, 8 am to 9 pm, and Sat to Sun, 9 am to 5 pm.

At ~ 2:30 P.M., Jan. 24, 2020, I entered the ground level of Alpha 3T MRI. I was greeted by a thin-faced young lady (since she never introduced herself, and I didn’t ask for her working alias, I refer her as TFY here) at the front desk. After a moment of confirmation on my identity, I was told to wait “just five minutes” for the disk burning. I then had to wait, and to wait about fifteen minutes before I rose up to ask about the progress. I was then passed a transparent-color-cased DVD. Since the referral doctor’s office NYCMNO then-recently told me on the phone that the MRI “findings” report might have changed, TFY answered me that she couldn’t tell whether there had been some change, but she said to print me a copy of the MRI “findings” report.

About the replacement DVD on my hand, I asked.

I: This time it is complete here?

TFY: Yeah, these are all the images from December 27^th.

I: Oh, all the. It’s complete, nothing deleted or uhuh edited?

TFY: Nothing deleted. It’s a brand new one, and it has all the images in there. I’ll print your report from that data.

I: Ok, then I will take a look, thanks.

I then moved a few steps to sit on a sofa and pulled out my year-2019-new HP laptop and started to check the DVD. The DVD was recognized by the laptop, and I clicked the running program on the DVD, and a small pop-up window showed the minutes-long SLOW process of uploading data. Within two minutes, TFY called over the counter for me to get the nine-page print report, and meanwhile started the dispute about this replacement DVD which turns out to be DYSFUNCTIONAL.

 

Alpha 3T MRI’s Talk and Act about the Dysfunctional DVD:

1. TFY’s Initial Handling

TFY: And we’re closing up, sir, okey? [I will use this as TIME-ZERO mark for the following reality.]

I: Thanks.

I went back to the sofa to check the running of the DVD. At the end of the long data-uploading, the program seemed to end on its own, and no MRI image showed up. I tried again. TFY talked to me over the counter, two and a half minutes since her first “closing up”.

TFY: Mr. Wang? I got to close up.

I: Why? You say it’s eight to eight, don’t you say?

TFY: Today we’re closing at two-thirty. Sorry about it.

I: Uh uh uh uh. Just check, make sure. I don’t want to come back and forth for the CD, Ok? [pause] You just give me some kind of uh uh uh uh c [I forget the word].

At timeline of ~ four minutes,

TFY: Do you see them there? Sometimes, they may not work on laptop. [First “reason” why the DVD doesn’t work.]

I: I don’t see it’s running.

TFY: Yeah, because sometimes, with images, it can only work on a desktop, not on a laptop.

I: I don’t. I don’t see that weirdness, OK? I’ll keep this as evidence.

TFY: Mhn.

I: I don’t see it’s running. It just says “loading”, but after that, I don’t see anything.

TFY: No, no, no, it doesn’t work on a laptop. It has to be a desktop.

Then, another female personnel, also lean and young, confirms that claim: Yeah.

I: No, it shouldn’t be that way. The previous one [the disk of the Feb. 15, 2018 MRI] works fine. Uh, the previous MRI data works fine on uh uh a laptop. I don’t see why it is, you can not work on, on a laptop.

TFY: We use a different system, that’s why. [second “reason”]

Seconds later, at timeline of ~five minutes,

TFY: Our images may be a little bit bigger than your laptop may take, because it’s over a thousand images. So it’s going to be hard for your laptop to load. [third “reason”]

I: No, it should not be that hard.

TFY: The images are up there.

I continue: Now, now, now, rarely, uh, not so often, uh, would be, uhuh, people would use uhuh desktop.

TFY: May you use our PC’s? because they’re up there.

I: Mhm, I will try to, I will show you this. I’m running this. You see whether I used it wrong, Ok? You just be honest.

 

2. FFM Joins the Handling

Around this time, ~ six minutes down the timeline, a first face-mustached man [I refer him as FFM] in his 30s-like silently creeps to my front, and says low: “What’s up?” I then show him my laptop screen on the nearby magazine table. FFM then squats and clicks on the laptop to run the program on the DVD, basically to find out the same: running the program on the DVD couldn’t show up any MRI image. Meanwhile, TFY keeps her explanations, such as affirmatively repetitively repeating, “The images are updated. IT DON’T WORK ON A LAPTOP.” “The service is for Macintosh.” “If you want, go to a library and upload it.” TFY also talks about the referral doctor Mehrdad Golzad, “Dr. Golzad only wants the report. He doesn’t care for the CD.” I answer her, “No, I care for the real, uh, real, original data.”

At ~ seven minutes of the timeline,

TFY: You don’t have MedWeb. [fourth “reason”] You don’t have this one. This is our program.

And seconds later, with more affirmative tone,

TFY: Listen to me. I need you to listen to me. YOU DON’T HAD THE MEDWEB PROGRAM, so it is.

I: It’s supposed to run on its own. Last time, it’s going to run other people’s, when they got CD, it of course run.

TFY: It’s like ridiculous.

While I am asking the nearby guy FFM which application on the DVD will make the disk show up the MRI images, FFM stays amazingly quiet. I say to FFM, “I was correct, clicking that way, and then it takes uh long time to, to uh as if to loading up this, and then it’s over. Then nothing shows up. It’s supposed to. This laptop is quite new. And it’s HP, not, not kind of uh outlandish kind of garbage mh, uh, uh laptop.”

At ~ eight minutes of the timeline,

TFY: I’m going to just lock up.

Meanwhile, TFY once again talks about to call Dr. Golzad.

 

3. FFM Joins the “Reasons”

At ~ nine minutes of the timeline, a second face-mustached mid-age man comes, to behind the counter, and TFY says “BiBi” at this moment, so I refer this man as BB.

BB: Put it on top, yeah. Put everything on top. [loud, in a tone of authority]

While FFM tries to run the DVD on my laptop and fails to bring up any medical image,

I: See, after that, then it, uh uh, as if it’s just uh nothing happens.

FFM now talks to affirm the fourth “reason”: The computer doesn’t have the, uh, necessary program. If it has everything here, that’s fine, but your computer does not have the concerned program.

I: But, but last time, uh I need the other kind of places, they provided the uh uh CD, MRI, they have the program there, then I run the program on the CD, and then I would be able to view the images. It’s, ee, uh, I. It’s just you made, give me a CD, uh uh, no, she gave a CD, now this time, uh uh, it would, doesn’t have the program here.

FFM: No, your computer does not have the program. E, everything is on the CD. Your computer is physically not able to do it. It doesn’t matter it’s a brand-new laptop. It’s your computer, can not physically do it. It has to be done on a towered computer.

That’s absolutely nonsense. If the CD or DVD Alpha 3T MRI gave out to me had had the data and the program right, I were supposed to be able to run that program to view the MRI images. Alpha 3T MRI gave me a workable disk on Feb. 15, 2018, and other MRI facilities gave me workable disks too.

I [loud]: Are you saying other people wouldn’t have such kind of, uh uh, similar situation too?

FFM [affirmative, loud]: Yes. So nothing will work on a laptop. It has to be done…

It’s at ~ten minutes, when FFM claims such.

I interrupt: But, but, how you would explain when other peoples, uh uh, other fa, fa, facilities, they, when they gave CDs…

FFM interrupts: Because their towers are much more stronger than a laptop.

I: No, no.

FFM continues: Their computers are much more stronger than a laptop. [pause]. A LAPTOP PHYSICALLY CAN NOT DO IT [emphasized word by word].

I: No, no. Uh, this laptop works on other CDs, uh uh, which has the images, the MRI images from other facilities, and also from the first time the MRI this place gave uhm uhm my, give, given on, on my head. And I’m curious why this time it wouldn’t run. It’s because really my head injury and the neck injury was so severe, now they want, uh, to COVER UP?

FFM: That’s what I’m trying to tell you. If you, you have. This, this is your second time coming to our office.

It’s at ~eleven minutes, when FFM says the above. The talk immediately continues.

I: Yeah.

FFM: Okey. There is a difference between each time. This CD has more images than the last time, which wouldn’t let the computer load everything up. [confirms TFY’s “reasons” again]

Actually, after I arrive home that night, and with help, I manage to see the MRI images on this DVD with the exact same HP laptop without any settings change, and find it has a lot less images than the first MRI on Feb. 15, 2018, although the total used disk space is a lot more for the Dec. 27, 2019 MRI. Alpha 3T MRI absolutely deliberately makes this DVD not function, but their professional “customer service” really represents such kind of capitalist business’s credibility and creed.

I: Mh, mh, now you say it’s just because, uh…

Instead of me being overtly angry of such anomality in front of them, three of the four personnel that day of Alpha 3T MRI quite often show their anger toward me openly. There are indications they have locked up the place, and they may frame me up and create scenarios to murder me right there. If that happens, I’m sure the New York government system will claim I deserve the death, just like the corrupt and murderous NYS WCB has done to me since the beginning of this workplace “accident”. My previous online posts, including The Pursuit of Truth, have revealed somewhat, and the upcoming The Pursuit of Justice will tell directly how NYS WCB is a major perpetrator.

At ~eleven and a half minutes, FFM interrupts my talk above, and talks with a loud, affirmative, and angry tone now.

FFM: The computer can not physically handle it. That’s what I’m trying to tell you.

TFY now brings up another psychological fear to me, because the fear is real how this corrupt Workers’ Compensation system works for the slavery masters in business and in government, against the slaves. This system can easily make the injured victim not able to find any WCB-authorized physician for “diagnosis” and “treatment”, and thus there will be “no medical evidence” recognized by this slavery system at all, no matter how much the slave has been intentionally, severely, almost fatally injured. Readers do not have to experience this Workers’ Compensation system themselves; they should be able to get the intense slavery smell from the Workers’ Compensation Law.

TFY, talking over the counter to me: …Dr. Golzad, they tell me that you haven’t made a follow-up appointment yet. We have shown you the images …

Just like many other clinics, Dr. Mehrdad Golzad’s NYCMNO business had played on the appointments to me, beyond on many other things. During this engaged talk, I continue to talk with FFM.

I: Mh, mh, then it’s not supposed to run, uh uh uh, load everything, uhlauhla…

FFM interrupts: On a laptop, it would not load anything.

TFY confirms FFM: That has to be a desktop. If you want to see, then go to a library.

I: Then, then how about you do, uh, do not, uh uh, do not put everything on the same uh uh des, oh, disk. The disk is supposed to, what, it’s only uh, I don’t know, what’s the volume of the disk, Ok?

Neither FFM nor TFY takes on this suggestion or question. BB murmurs behind the counter to the two girl personnel.

TFY to BB: Yeah. [pause] Meanwhile, he doesn’t have an appointment with Dr. Golzad.

I am absolutely supposed to have an appointment of February 27, 2020, 2 pm, which was made at the Nov. 26, 2019 visit. At the end of that visit, the seeing nurse said and the later medical report writes the next appointment be “in two months”, but the NYCMNO front-desk woman made the follow-up appointment of three months later. On Jan. 16, 2020, NYCMNO answered me that they didn’t have any open time slot within the one and a half months before Feb. 27, 2020. NYCMNO says they treat brain only, and I feel so sorry for myself to tell that NYCMNO “treats” my brain injury mainly by claiming some key test results normal and ignoring my symptoms. For simple test like of balance probably easier for lay people to understand, the Indian-looking technician was holding my shoulder during the balance test. Nonetheless, NYCMNO is still the ONLY one I can keep so far to get a medical report which writes I am still totally disabled. However, the corrupt NYS WCB ignores the treating physician’s report. What I can do for a better struggling outcome in health recovery, compensation, and justice? Such self-proclaimed “We The People” government system actually runs by the rule of “We The Power” on “You The Property”. It’s a cruel reality.

I to TFY: You don’t, you don’t claim I don’t follow up an appointment with uh uh Dr. Golzad.

I then show to FFM the used disk size of the DVD on the screen of My Computer.

I to FFM: It’s a very small kind of disk, Ok? You see, it’s only kind of one, less than one G of, of data. It’s just, it’s just you have something, mh, wrong with, I believe, wrong with the, the application. So that made it not running. Or actually, it’s blank on the image.

 

4. BB Leads the DVD Handling

Now, at ~twelve and a half minutes down the timeline, BB starts to take over the Alpha 3T MRI’s coping with this DVD issue of being found dysfunctional.

BB [over the counter]: Sir, can you ac, can your laptop actually run DVD’s? [possibility of fifth “reason”]

I: YEAH, OF COURSE. And its runs on other kinds of DVD’s, or CD’s, when I had, uh, uh, uhm, the disks from other, uhuhh, MRI facilities. I’ve been honest with you, but I’m frank.

TFY: Mr. Wang, I called Dr. Golzad to let him know. He wants to make an appointment to show the images on his computer.

I: No. I want my copy of the uhuh of the same thing.

TFY then again and again claims the images are on the disk, and it’s only my laptop’s fault, and BB later goes more TECHNICAL for the same claims again and again.

At ~thirteen minutes, TFY again wants to “lock me up”.

TFY: We have to close up, sir.

Seconds later, I propose a compromise for them to burn another DVD, but Alpha 3T MRI either generally avoids or directly rejects to burn another DVD or CD, and persists on their “righteousness”.

I: May, may you, may you actually try uhuh another, try to run, try to make another one?

BB: Leave the CD there. Just bring it over. You’re going to hold that laptop.

I then bring my laptop, with the DVD in its DVD drive, to their countertop only, and tell them not to take my laptop away from me to the inside, in case something later goes wrong with my laptop.

At ~fourteen and a half minutes,

TFY: So, I’m just going to burn another CD?

BB [firm, fast, clear]: You can’t burn him another CD.      

The other female front-desk confirms: You can’t, because it’s too big.

BB starts to work on my computer, without the trouble of asking my permission. I am OK for him to work on my computer if he doesn’t do any damage, especially intentional damage, to it. However, later, BB doesn’t allow me to touch his desktop computer at all, while he claims the DVD has been proven to work normally on their desktop computer.

Seconds later, BB opens a folder from the DVD to show a long list of similarly named files of similar size, but no program on my laptop indicates to be able to work on such files.

BB [professional, affirmative]: These are the actual images. Now, in order to open it, you have to be able to run this MedWeb system. All right? These are all the images right here. So, it’s definitely on here.

TFY: You see!

BB: To view these images, you have to…

I interrupt: Then, yeah, then you please, sure it’s suppose not to be that complicated, right?

BB: You have to click “RunMe”.

FFM has tested the way BB is clicking around now, so FFM jumps in to tell, before the long long uploading of data turns out to be an actual failure.

FFM: It loads, but the thing is it doesn’t [pause] pop up.

TFY knows the problem well and finishes the sentence: The image.

Quite often during the whole fifty-five minutes of my staying here, the two males and two females of Alpha 3T MRI talk to each other in low volume, and in sentences very hard for me to understand, but presumably very easy for them to understand and coordinate.

BB: It’s there. My name is right there. That’s what I’m saying. You can do this. Click “View”.

TFY confirms: Yeah…

FFM reminds them of the fact again: At the end, the whole bar loads, but it wouldn’t pop up.

At ~fifteen minutes and a quarter, i.e., immediately after FFM,

BB: Ahhh, it could be the setting of this computer. [fifth “reason”, more technical]

FFM confirms: Exactly.

TFY confirms too: His laptop can’t take it. The images are there. It’s just the setting there on your computer doesn’t work.

I: No, no, I, I, I don’t, you see the point, I didn’t do any kind of thing, uhuhuhuh, special, Ok, to make it, I, and I’m not that powerful to, to, to make the change on the computer.

TFY: Well, just know, the images, the images are definitely there. We show you there.

I: Then you show me, uhla, how it’s going to show up? How.

At this point, a female voice says to them: It’s going to load, and then it’s going to shut off.

TFY: You have to take it to somewhere else.

I: NO, PLEASE. Your point is just simply throwing me away. I don’t think that’s friendly, that’s business-like.

BB: Hold a second. Let it load up.

At ~sixteen minutes, i.e., after a full minute, the uploading of data is still not done.

TFY to BB [low volume]: Two-thirty, all right? I’m calling it done, because it’s an obvious lie.

I: It’s going to, to be a flare-up into, into uhuh the next level.

Seconds later, while the computer screen BB is looking at too is still showing the SLOW uploading of data, BB presses my laptop computer’s DVD drive open/close button! The DVD drive then pops out, and BB takes out the DVD.

BB: It’s definitely the laptop. All right, give me a second. Come over here. I want to open it on a computer.

TFY: So you can.

BB interrupts TFY: He hasn’t seen the images. We’ll show you right now.

I: Then, then, then may, may you. No, no, no, no, no, don’t ruin things. OK? [I react to BB’s opening my DVD drive while the DVD is still spinning.]

BB: Don’t worry about it. Don’t worry about it.

So many people wouldn’t even concern about my life, and of course they wouldn’t worry about my things. TFY is even smiling about this.

I: Don’t ruin things, OK? [pause] Later, my c, my computer may kind of has problem, please. [pause] Be easy on me. They ruin me, uh, my. They ruin me on my head, on my neck, now they want to…

BB responds with something indiscernible and something amazing: …don’t understand…don’t worry about it. Not rushing you. [BB puts the blame on me, while BB is the one does that.]

TFY: No rush at all.

Another female voice: No rush at all.

Many times, TFY has said “close up” and wanted to push me away. Now Alpha 3T MRI talks as if I were the one who rushes to open the DVD drive while it’s running. The credibility of their MRI scan and report is very probably at the same level of the credibility of their act and talk about the DVD’s workability.

At ~seventeen minutes, BB talks to me to go inside to their working area behind the counter, but he doesn’t say how to go inside. And I don’t want to, in case unexpected things happen there.

BB: Comes over to the inside. [pause] Comes over to the inside, I want to show…

FFM to BB: That burner doesn’t work.

BB: That burner doesn’t work?.

FFM: That never worked. It has to be on the, on Kat’s mind, for, I don’t think J does it.

BB: Why would J is not doing it?

TFY: His credit … does it. You have to, the collector? No, no, you have to correct [or collect]…

BB: On the top?

TFY: The portable, yeah.

BB to me: Because you read certain settings to make sure it runs properly. It’s your computer completely up to date?

I: Yeah, it’s, this one is, is bought uh quite new. It’s uhuhuh, kind of uh half a year new. [pause] I don’t see a reason I want to set up uhuh differently and then uhuhuh to, uh, to have trouble here. It’s lala, it’s, it’s unpleasant. Uh, you see the point.

BB: I’m just going to show you, it’s going to open up for you. Give me a second.

BB takes a portable CD/DVD drive from underneath to above the countertop to show me, and then brings it back underneath, out of my view.

I: The, the first time, uh, the first time, uhuhuh, I was given a blank CD, Ok? Completely nothing.

BB: Well, this is, this is definitely not blank. I just showed you there. It’s on there. It’s just not open on your computer.

TFY: Ok, Mr. Wang, look, we just put in your CD, we’re about to show you everything, so you can know that the CD is there.

Although TFY claims “look”, the CD or DVD and the portable drive are both completely out of my view. In other words, I don’t know what drive and disk they run.

At ~eighteen and a third minutes, BB shows me the monitor screen on the countertop, and once again shows the SLOW uploading of data from the CD/DVD drive.

BB: Come out of the DVD outside. This is right here. There has you. [pause] Give it a second, because it loads up. [long pause] it’s a lot of images, so it’s a lot to load up on the laptop.

Isn’t it so weird? Alpha 3T MRI was blaming on my laptop, talking about the need of a desktop, but now they are using their “powerful” desktop, still the data uploading is similarly extremely slow, and BB still talks about “it’s a lot to load up on the laptop”. Also, it turns out that the disk runs the same way on their desktop, and then the program ends on its own, and no image shows up at all. Ridiculously, BB keeps talking about my laptop’s setting, nothing about the failed running on their desktop.

I: But, it’s, the, the, the, still, it’s just only one, uh, DVD.

BB: What, what’s it matter it’s only one DVD?

I: It means, uhuhuh, the, the, the size, the file size is still just less than 4 G and I, I look at the, the, the…

BB interrupts: Right, I can’t control your laptop settings. If it’s not running there, I can’t control that.

TFY: Yeah.

BB continues: But it’s definitely here. You see it was on here. If it opens on here, then I’ll give you the disk, because you have the images. The doctor is going to run it…

I interrupt: Then, then, ok, ok, if you keep saying that, then I will just later ask for help from, from computer specialists.

BB: Yeah, you just need a regular computer. That’s it. It’s running on our computer.

It’s ~nineteen and a quarter minutes, when BB says the line above. Then, how is my laptop computer so not regular? BB blames on my laptop’s settings! My laptop works on other MRI CDs or DVDs with the exact same settings, though. So, I keep disagreeing with them about my laptop.

At ~nineteen and a half minutes, probably about one and a half minutes since the DVD running, the data uploading process ends, and no image shows up on their desktop screen at all. Then the screen shows BB takes the disk off the drive. All four of the Alpha 3T MRI personnel are quiet about this failed test on their desktop although they previously claimed the requirement of a desktop computer. They don’t go to check their computer’s setting either. I want to say the failure out for them.

I: You see, it doesn’t work. [and I mention again about their previous BLANK DVD.]

Very soon, BB moves his hands underneath the countertop, and the CD/DVD drive shows a disk again. BB clicks on their computer screen very fast, and amazingly, a panel of two big MRI images side by side pops up on their screen. The images stay on the screen for a couple of seconds. BB claims these images are mine. Before I can look closely at the images, BB has already closed the program. It’s at ~twenty minutes.

TFY: There it is.

BB: These are your images, Ok? It’s going to open on any regular desktop. It has a problem opening on laptops. [pause] Ok? You can take this disk to.

The process is suspicious to me, so I ask to SEE the simple but whole process again. BB absolutely rejects, with “reasons”, to put the portable CD/DVD drive on the countertop to repeat it by himself or to let me use the mouse to repeat it.

I: Ok, may, may I actually see the, the, the, the, the local drive? You…

BB interrupts: The drive is on top of the computer. I can’t take it off the computer.

I: Yeah, yeah, may, may you put it up?

BB: We c.

TFY: We can’t.

BB: It’s running. [The reality is the disk has been taken away from their drive already.]

I: Yeah, you’re. It’s uhuh a portable DVD, uhuh, uhuhuh, kind of, drive.

BB: It’s not. It’s not the reader. [BB talks about the disk reader or writer now.]

TFY: …actually…

I: No. Put it up, so I will test it on your computer to see, so ee ee it would be easy. I don’t know whether you’re actually putting it up from your hard drive or from, from, from the, from the uh uh…

BB interrupts: The device is a movable storage DVD rewritable drive E, Ok?

I [soft tone]: How about I just touch the mouse thing, so you would see I wouldn’t do any …

BB interrupts: I can’t have you work on my computer. That’s, that’s HIPAA violation. I have other patients’ file on here. [pause] But you can see. I am going to turn off the driver, so I can move it up.

At ~twenty-one minutes, BB takes a portable CD/DVD drive to the countertop, with cable still attached to it. And the drive disappears on the monitor screen.

BB: This is the driver that I’m using to load your CD, Ok? As you can see, it’s no longer, no longer here because I turned it off. I can show you. Ok, this is what’s loading it up. [pause] It has to be on a desktop. As far as your computer, laptop, setting, I can’t control that. But the images are there, for sure.

I: I will just try.

So, I receive the cased DVD from BB, and sit back on the sofa to check it on my laptop computer again.

 

5. BB Urges me to Leave

At ~twenty-four minutes, Alpha 3T MRI again pushes me to leave.

BB: Sir, I have to close the office. Uh, if you have any other concerns, you can call me director…

I [very hoarse voice now]: Were you, wasn’t I told it’s from eight to eight?

Both females: No, not today.

I: Not today?

TFY: It’s next week. [pause] We often open later.

I: Uh, uh, just, uh, a couple of minutes, it’s Ok? I, I don’t, I don’t drag you too much on this, it’s Ok? [pause] Just a little bit of courte, courtesy.

BB: … We have to close the office though.

I: Mhm?

FFM: For courtesy, you can contact them if you have any more questions.

I: I have come here, uh, uh, again, you have been saying, uhuh,uhh, uhh, been kind of uh helped on this. It looks like if I contact again, there is no, there is no way you can uh uh help on this, right?

FFM: It.

TFY: No, you got to take it.

FFM takes over their talk: No, you got to take it to a specialist.

BB: Yeah, it’s actually a laptop setting. I’m not sure…

FFM: It’s your laptop…setting.

By “democracy”, three or four people and their “testimonies” should definitely win over one person and his frustration, although the truth is the victim too. Who cares about the truth? Other than the victim me. This “democratic” New York government system’s specific bureaucrats do not care; The fraudulent Chinese “special-colored communists” American-puppets do not care; Professional lawyers generally do not care; Physicians generally do not care; the slavery employer does not care at all! They ruin me, premeditatedly and coordinately.

At ~twenty-five minutes, TFY brings up another “reason”.

TFY: There is a winter storm. […] You can take it there.

I: It wouldn’t work here, and you wouldn’t show. I will just try to go for some computer ar, areas, Ok? And I will report this for the case. You think there is, the other ones think that I’ve been controlled. We will see.

TFY: Is the head stuff off?

BB: Yeah.

I: We will see.

BB: All right…

FFM: Yeah…it right there.

I: I don’t get fooled this way, without, without the retribution.

TFY: What you order?

A male, probably BB, makes goat bleating-like sound.

At ~twenty-six minutes, BB says to me.

BB: Sir, you got my card, right? [pause] Take my card, if you need images again, I can email them to you. You don’t have to come all the way down.

How nice is that? When I called Alpha 3T MRI about the BLANK DVD, the woman told me to come to pick it up. When I came all the way here, they let me wait. When I checked on the replacement DVD, they wanted to push me away. When I found the new DVD again didn’t work, they provided all kinds of “reasons”. Now, the manager-like guy BB claims to send me such “thousand”-scale number of images by email!

I: No. I don’t need. We.

TFY intercepts: We send them to Dr. Golzad.

I: You see, you see, you know.

BB: You should have.

I: You see, the point. You say image. You say this is too big or this or that. I can not run a compu, laptop, this kind of thing, and the first time, they, when I had MRI on December 27^th, I was fooled, OK? I was waiting long after the scan, and then uhuhuhm gave a disk with the uh the, the, the, the information on the physical disk [I mean my information is printed on the disk skin], and then I found out it’s a blank disk.

BB fills the ending part of my talk above: A blank disk.

I: It’s, it’s nothing over it, as if a fresh new, put in the computer, this computer was.

BB interrupts: Yeah.

I: And then.

BB interrupts: But you see that CD though. That CD actually has image. I showed it on your computer. You see the images. You just can’t open them, for some reason.

I: No, it.

BB: It’s your laptop, sir.

I: Yeah, you show there’re some files, uhuhla, as if in that folder. Yeah, that’s true. But, and when you run on your computer, you wouldn’t kind of uhuh put the uh portable drive on the on the on the surface, so let me kind of just watch the thing. If you say, um, if you say it is real, it is really you blame on my compu, uhuh, laptop, then, uh, you wouldn’t, you put the uhh portable uh drive on the top, I sert it in. You sert it in. I see everything, the screen it pops up, uhuh, the the uh the portable DVD con…

BB: Right.

I: Kind of show up on your screen, and then you click the thing. Then I would be more likely convinced. You make sense? Uhlelele, it make sense to…

BB interrupts: What you need to be convinced of what? I’m not sure…

I: Because you see the point, Ok?

BB: I understand. You make the CD…

I: No, you see, the first time I have the the uh MRI, head MRI at this place.

BB: You told me that.

I: Yeah.

BB: You told me this already.

I: Then the CD given at that time, the case was, the, the legal case is not troubled yet, and it works on my computer. That disk works on my computer, no problem. And then the second time I came over here, I appreciate you offered the the the the uh the MRI scan, but I waited uh waited after the scan, then I was given a blank CD, uhlala, it only has the kind of the the uh the print on the physical disk but inside it’s a blank new, uh uh, without ANYTHING. And it, my computer runs, kind of recognize the blank, uh, and then I had, you know, I am not having uhuh MRI only at your place. I have MRI’s because of this injury at other places too, I never have problem. I never had such kind of problem, like, uh, given a blank CD, then you would just kind of want to give the disk, and then you just want to kind of, after I want to check, ok, then you know, she senses the kind of uh, the the the things would pop out, then simply want to push me away, uh, and you know…

During my kind of talking-to-self ramble, BB and TFY keep talking to each other in low volume. Now, at ~thirty minutes, BB interrupts me and makes kind of statements about the CD’s (actually both DVD’s), declaring me the unique odd one to Alpha 3T MRI.

BB: I do have to close. I don’t need to push you away, but the CD works. It’s the same CD we gets to the attorneys’ offices, doctors’ offices, every single day. You’re the first person that’s coming in having the problem with the CD not working. If it’s blank, I ‘m not saying I don’t believe it isn’t blank. If it was blank, I just replaced it for you, the images are there. As far as a laptop running it, I can’t control your laptop. I don’t know what’s the settings are on it. I understand you’re saying the laptop is brand new, but that’s not something I can control. All I can control is on the CD. Everything that needs to be on the CD is there.

I: So you say the the the CD burn is in a normal way?

BB: It’s completely fine.

TFY: So what you could do.

I: In a normal way?

TFY: what you could do.

I: You mean, it’s uh lala, nothing you played kind of foul on, on the burning of the CD so made it not running?

At ~thirty and two-thirds minutes, TFY brings up the library and coming-back ideas.

TFY: To test it out, just go to a library today. And if it’s nothing there, just come back on Monday.

I: No, I don’t want to come back and forth. It’s a Chinese New Year.

TFY: No, no, if you don’t want to come back, we can send you the image.

I: For what? You see the point, for what point.

TFY: No, no, no.

I: You’ve done your best. For what point you want kind of, kind of, just want to uhlala, make me come back and forth, you see.

TFY: I’m saying.

BB: I’m not making you come back.

TFY: I’m not making you …

BB: The fact is the CD works. Just checked it. The CD is fine. There is nothing wrong with the CD because I just checked on two computers. The desktop on yours. Your computer is not running. The image is there. I showed you a double of times the images is on there. I checked here, it runs perfectly fine. Anything that runs that icon image that is a medical image viewer would be able to run that CD, which means your doctors can run it, your attorneys can run it. Again, this is for your doctors and your attorneys.

I am glad that I know a little bit of something, when I hear what this business-manager-like gentleman says so affirmatively about things. But I feel quite desperate that the government and business rulers do not care whether I know some truth or not, because they can simply ignore me, and such rulers believe that other commons generally do not care either.

At ~thirty-one and a half minutes, I openly talk to them about the conspiracy on me.

I: For the statement, the doctors are helping the insurance, helping the perpetrators who ruin me, all right, to wash off the the the evidences. And I don’t trust the attorney. And it, it, there was showing…

BB interrupts: That’s not, honestly.

I: They were showing, with evidences, and I will put it out, to…

BB interrupts: I understand your skepticism. I understand it. But I just showed you twice that CD has everything on it that you need. Now, on your end, since you don’t, you want to make sure the CD works, all I can tell you is go to another desktop that is not in this office, and you can test it in another desktop. If it doesn’t work, any I sent you, anything I put on that CD is not going to work, because that’s same exact images, that’s the images I can print. That’s the way I sent it to every single doctor’s office, every single attorney’s office. So it’s going to be the same. We know for sure the images are there. The only problem that would be that the images aren’t there at all, or the CD gets damaged. The CD seems to be fine. That it just ran. So if there is any other issue I can email you a copy so that it’s not even on the disk you can see it on your computer directly. The issue seems to be your laptop.

The truth and the fact are both times BB showed the running program could NOT bring any image up to the screen, on my laptop or on their desktop. When a panel of two MRI images flashes on the screen, frankly I believe it comes from ANOTHER disk. I get a dysfunctional disk, and Alpha 3T MRI can not help make a normal disk! People in practical charge of this NYS Workers’ Compensation system, including the WCL judges, claim their facts and authorities pretty much like BB does above.

At ~thirty-two and three quarters minutes, I try again.

I: Is it possible that you can burn me another one?

 TFY: No.

BB: Why would I burn you another one if I just gave you one that works?

I: Because, uhuh, you see, you see the logic link, kind of, uhlala, problem.

BB interrupts: I haven’t found a logic link problem.

I: You see, I don’t, I don’t. The things come up, ok, on my computer.

BB interrupts: I don’t understand it. I don’t understand it. I would have to charge for another CD.

I: and on the first disk, right? No, when. Then how about you just put up the portable drive on the surface. [I try this option again.]

BB interrupts: I just showed you the drive that ran it.

BB knows his own trickery, and professional fraudsters claim their way. When BB showed me the drive, it was not running the disk; When something was run to briefly flash one screen of two MRI images, the physical drive/DVD was not shown to me.

I: No, no, you’re putting, putting the portable drive downneath, and I don’t know what happens uh uh uh be underneath.

BB: I can’t …

I: So, so, I’m sorry for, for me to have this, because it doesn’t work on me, and uh …

BB interrupts: The CD works. I checked twice. The CD works.

I: So, so, so, can, so are you, are you…

BB interrupts: I can bring you another CD, I would have to charge for it.

I: Are you, are you.

BB interrupts: If you want a copy to your computer, I will email that to you.

I: Are you saying if I go for another computer.

BB interrupts: It will work fine. As long as it’s not an Apple or laptop. I don’t know what’s your laptop setting.

TFY was claiming Alpha 3T MRI uses a Macintosh though!

TFY talks now: So, that, go to a library.

I: I’ll go. Yeah, I will go to the library.

 

6. Alpha 3T MRI’s Talk of Library

At ~thirty-four minutes, BB helps on the library information.

BB: There is a library one block down.

I: No, I will, I will go, uh, hm.

BB and TFY: Test it out, please.

TFY: Library is around the corner. Down the block, around the corner.

BB: Jus, yeah. One block down. It’s on 31^st Street and 3^rd Avenue, right there. But when you go in, just make sure you don’t move your files from the CD to the computer.

What a nice warning about my privacy or about the possibility of identity theft. BTW, around the early stage of this WC case, Kohl’s was sending me a shopping account card and sending me a bill of $200 +. NYC police would not easily make a case about it, and I needed to contact Kohl’s and give my personal information to get that straight. Then, a lot of pain for me to set the so-called “credit” straight. It’s really a fraudsters’ established system of “credit” to harass or harm innocent people’s welfare and integrity. Or, actually, Alpha 3T MRI wants to create another psychological fear to me so I won’t use a library computer to test the dysfunctional DVD out!

TFY shares the concern too: Oh, yeah.

BB: If you don’t want to share your information on that computer, OK?

TFY or the other girl: Yes.

I: Mhm.

BB: They don’t block that though.

TFY: Make sure when you put it in the desktop, you don’t download to the computer.

I: I know, I know, I know I wouldn’t download.

TFY: No, because you don’t want to see your.

BB interrupts TFY: I do apologize you had to come back another CD. I could have emailed to you. But at least I know for sure you have a working copy, and I want to ensure you that. I ensure you your CD will work. I guarantee you. On your laptop, I can’t control your laptop. The CD has information it needs. You bring it to an attorney, you bring it to a doctor.

TFY interrupts: They’ll be able to see.

BB continues: Or a second opinion, or you bring it home if you have a desktop, it should run completely fine. So for as long as it is not an Apple computer, you should be good, OK? Sir.

BB talks quite consistently, time and time again.

I: Ok, then, I will, I will see.

BB: Have a good day.

The other lean young front-desk woman talks over the counter when I am leaving: “I put his business card, put on the side of your bookbag, OK? So, if you have any other questions, you can call him.” I didn’t notice she did such when she was standing by me. I later threw that high-quality plastic business card away, because it’s just a general business card of Alpha 3T MRI WITHOUT any person’s name on it.

I: I will, I will, we will see.

That is the ending of the conversation there. It’s ~thirty-five minutes down the timeline. The real time was 3:27 P.M.

 

The Later Findings of this Dysfunctional DVD:

On the way home on the late afternoon of January 24, 2020, I went to libraries, and was able to find a librarian with at least better computer knowledge than I have. The librarian tested the DVD on my laptop computer a few times a few ways, and NO IMAGE could be viewed from this disk. Later at home, with the internet service on for this laptop, only a couple out of the many exact same running tests VERY OCCASIONALLY and UNPREDICTABLY showed the MRI images. I always suspect my electronics and online services have been monitored and manipulated. The number of MRI images on this dysfunctional DVD about the Dec. 27, 2019 head MRI is a lot less than the number of MRI images on the working CD about the Feb. 15, 2018 head MRI, yet the USED space is a lot more on this DVD than that CD. Later, with help, I understand a little how this DVD is created/burned dysfunctional. Also, Alpha 3T MRI, for whatever of their “reasons”, named that image file with a LONG STRING of numbers and dots by the scale of hundred. Lay people, besides professionals familiar with legal cases, may understand why Alpha 3T MRI would give me a BLANK DVD with only the diskskin printed with my related information, and a DYSFUNCTIONAL DVD four full weeks later. From what Alpha 3T MRI has done and said about the two DVDs to me, how can I the victim with severe head trauma still have the basic trust that the MRI scan was run honestly and the images are complete and their MRI report is unbiased against me?

The nine-page report of the Dec. 27, 2019 head MRI ends with the following “impression” section:

1. DTI examination from 2019-12-27 demonstrates statistically significant FA reduction within the right deep temporal lobe, most compatible with traumatic brain injury; DTI examination from 2018-02-15 demonstrates no statistically significant FA reduction.
2. No appreciable interval change in the white matter signal abnormalities since previous examination.
3. No appreciable interval change in the NeuroQuant analysis since previous examination; significant cortical atrophy involving the left inferior temporal gyrus may be post-traumatic.
4. Unremarkable MR venogram.
5. No statistically significant major metabolite derangement is detected.
6. Clinical correlation is needed; follow-up MRI examination including NeuroQuant and spectroscopy is recommended at clinically appropriate time.

Dear Dr. Golzad: Thank you very much for referring this patient to us.

And the “impression” is signed by Karl L. Hussman, M.D., Board Certified Neuroradiologist.

I am not a medical doctor, and it has become a lot harder for me to learn the basic anatomy, physiology, and MRI now. Pretty honest and sure, from that Jan. 16, 2018 workplace “accident” fall, and some of the later “diagnoses” and “treatments”, I have sustained life-threatening severe trauma to my whole central nervous system, which symptomatically severely affects the whole body and all the systems. Yet, the world’s presumably best medical knowledge, technology, and skills again and again disserve me, and even more, the perpetrators think and act the ways that I deserve their premeditated and coordinated murder attempts. Such murder attempts, why can not be sourced from the slavery capitalism state or deep-state level to a slave like me who speaks and strives for some hope from true communism?

 

The Recent MisDevelopment of This Case:

On October 31, 2019, I filed an appeal to NYS Workers’ Compensation Board for administrative review of this WCB # G2029240 case. Not only pointed out are some wanton injustices at the numerous hearings from all other parties, including my former attorney’s law firm BCF, to me the injured victim, but also specified is my specific first need from the governmental authority: an honest and high-resolution MRI on my head and the whole spine.

Then, on December 18, 2019, I turned in my writing, The Pursuit of Truth, to rebut the Robert S. April report of his Nov. 08, 2019 IME on me and his medical “record” review. In The Pursuit of Truth, the final section is meant to function as a legal brief to argue why an honest and high-resolution MRI should be ordered from the authority, and why the “neck” on or off the Established Injury Sites list is simply an issue manipulated by all other parties in this case, including the WCL judges. However, the “democratic” NYS government agency WCB’s WCLJ Lucky Enobakhare on the Dec. 19, 2019 hearing talked as if my files submission to WCB eCase Folder on Dec. 18, 2019 had not shown up in the Folder, and he tossed my printouts into his desk basket during the Dec. 19, 2019 hearing, without even a glimpse at them, but with a saying of “I don’t know what it is.”

On Feb. 03, 2020, I emailed to WCB about my Oct. 31, 2019 appeal, and told the irregularities from Alpha 3T MRI even on the DVDs to me, and more specifically revealed the need of “health recovery and financial compensation, and criminal justice to the perpetrators”. The current $150/week since Feb. 02, 2019 is way too low, and the diagnoses and treatments are actually denied by the professional VAGUE decisions and practically denied by the “treating” physicians. It’s practically almost impossible for me to find a WCB-authorized physician to accept me and unbiasedly diagnose and treat the injuries.

The Board Panel decision of rejection, dated Feb. 10, 2020, was received by me on Feb. 12, 2020. In this decision, the panel of three judges, Steven A. Crain, Arelis Tavares, and Ellen O. Paprocki, include some falsehoods created or distorted by other parties, including by WCB itself, as FACTS, and claim in their LEGAL ANALYSIS that WCB doesn’t know what the claimant seeks. The panel ends the FACTS section with a paragraph of long quotation from the sham Nov. 08, 2019 IME from Dr. Robert S. April’s report. The exact quote below,

“In a November 12, 2019 independent medical examination report, Dr. April stated: “This 45-year-old male manifested disruptive, inappropriate, psychotic behavior during the three hours he was in my office today. The most striking part of my observation is that it did not correlate at all with any behaviors described by the many other providers whose reports I documented above. Based upon my observations and review of medial records, as well as my prior report that contained a review of documents only, I have concluded with reasonable medical certainty that there was no physical sign of neurological or physical  limitation on this examination, no objective signs of any kind of injury and a severely dysfunctional, psychotic mental status that was related to his personality. Furthermore, there is no causal relationship of the neck and the left elbow to this work-related incident. There is also no medical reason for an MRI to the neck.”

During that IME, Dr. Robert S. April not only inflicted psychological torts repeatedly to me, but also another doctor, Charles S. Saha, in that Park Avenue Medical Professionals medical-professionally attacked me. It’s historic “record” to witness how such a professional old IME doctor writes up such English statements. If I would sue him for any libel, Dr. Robert S. April and the likes would argue about his English sentences to claim no personality attacks. Yet, the NYS WCB judges cite such “professional”’s “opinion” as “FACTS”, and they reach a CONCLUSION below,

“ACCORDINGLY, the WCLJ decisions filed on March 16, 2018, February 6, 2019, April 10, 2019, June 13, 2019, September 5, 2019, and October 8, 2019 are AFFIRMED. In accordance with the WCLJ decision filed on December 24, 2019, the claimant is directed to produce medical evidence for all periods of causally related lost time. No further action is planned by the Board at this time.”

The ridiculous Workers’ Compensation Law mounts the burden of “to produce medical evidence” solely on the injured worker/victim? Check the biased law itself and the sinister practice yourself!

On February 19, 2020, I uploaded the video of the Nov. 08, 2019 IME to YouTube (https://youtu.be/x2HZoYUdaIA), and added a description about it, and made posts online. Then, on February 20, 2020, I received a postal mail from NYS WCB. The inside letter is dated as February 18, 2020, and writes,

“Carrier/Employer:

In your Request for Further Action form of 02/10/2020 you indicated that you have documentation of voluntary removal from the labor market.

In response to your request the Board is scheduling the case for a hearing; you will receive a notice of hearing giving a date, time, and location in the near future.

The almost always denying or irresponsive Carrier/Employer is used to accuse “voluntary removal from the labor market.”  The perpetrators would not accuse themselves of “attempted murders” or “voluntary removal from the labor market”. Then, a while after reading this postal mail, on Feb. 20, 2020, the same day, I emailed to NYS WCB about this IME video and the description. I hope the NYS governmental agency WCB recognizes it and uses it to serve decisions to the powerless hopeless victims like me and to the shameless ruthless perpetrators like them. I have revealed some details of this actual “attempted murders” case in my past writings such as The Pursuit of Truth, and I will write The Pursuit of Justice which will more directly tell the specific treacheries from all the other parties in this veiled “workers’ compensation” case. The hybrid system of slavery business and corrupt government intentionally ruins me, and tortures me, to my quick demise, and then why should I help the rulers & ruiners to keep up their fraudulent, ruthless, corruptive, brutal, lucrative, luxurious, real system? Why the world’s order can not be established by both strongmen and strong men?

It's a corrupt evil system. The "treating" physicians or medical assistants have been part of this premeditated and coordinated continuous murder attempt. The medical assistant at New York City Medical & Neurological Offices on February 27, 2020 was still refusing to hear my symptoms, still refusing to hear about the doubt of the credibility of such head MRI service, still keeping blaming on me about their GENERAL referral to a spine specialist without a SPECIFIC specialist,,,,
