How Can the Syria Side Win the Syria Anti-Aggression War?

It's not a war really of domestic uprising in the first place. It's clearly a war of foreign invasion in the form of so-called anti-terrorism. For the Syria side to decisively win the complete sovereignty back, Syria's all backers need to give what they have to give, so the Syrian military can fight an open war with a picked foreign invader country. It's quite an easy thing to single the enemy nation out. Don't be afraid of any possible escalation. As long as the ultimate weapons are effective, the backing is effective.
