Further to your r advice of terminating rental of xxx (物业地址 ) ， please allow one month notice prior to moving out or confirm a date which is mutually agreed .
Prior to vacating , i would like to point out that all rubbish and personal belongings must be removed ; the cooker /oven must be cleaned and carpet must be hoovered .
Please advise a date which you will hand over the keys to me ( not to the estate agent ).
Upon satisfactory inspecti on , your deposit will be refunded . Otherwise , there will be reduction for compensation against any damages incurred .
