 「妳知道嗎？我突然之間好轉了！」K興奮得打了通電話與筆者分享喜訊，聽起來丹田有力，一點也感覺不出昨天還是個生病的人。請病假癱在床上的日子裡，K已盡可能地嘗試了一些抒緩的方法，也總是維持時好時壞的狀態。

"You know what? I suddenly got better!" K called me in excitement to share the good news. Her voice was pretty strong, without a trace of the person who was still sick just yesterday. In her bed-ridden days on sick leave, K tried many ways to improve her condition, yet her state of health kept fluctuating.

「哦？妳發生了什麼事？」筆者期待獲知過程。

"Oh? So what happened?" I was anxious to know the details.

「今天出太陽啊！我就在窗戶旁邊作光療，用智慧眼跟手心吸太陽光，順便專注，也把前後身體都曬一曬，曬不到一個小時耶！自己就突然好了！而且看到自己的手在發光，還有綠色的能量在流動………」K掩飾不住的興奮，也感染筆者共享這份驚奇！

"The sun came out today! I was next to the window doing my light therapy, with my wisdom eye and my palms absorbing the sunlight, to concentrate and bathe my front and back in the sun. It was in just less than one hour when I suddenly felt better! I could see my hands radiating light, and green colored energy was flowing ... ... ... "K could not conceal her excitement, and I was infected by her feeling of surprise!

宇宙的力量、大自然的力量，親身經歷過才能真實地感受創世的神奇！筆者為了印證，在一次體驗中發現，進行光療之前，因為缺水而口渴的生理機制，竟然在光療之後突然消失，甚至不需要補充水份，這不但是創始帶給人類的恩典，也突破人類對於生理機制需求的固有觀念。

You can only really know the wonders of creation, when you have personally experienced the power of the universe and the forces of nature!  During one experimental light therapy I did at the park for the purpose of confirmation, I found that the physiological mechanism of thirstiness from lack of water suddenly disappeared after the light therapy, and there was no need to even replenish water. This is not only the grace from the creation to humankind, but also breaks the fixed ideas of humans on the demands of our physiological mechanism.

O：光療會幫助清除脈輪的負能量嗎？

O：Does this imply that light therapy can enter the level of cause and effect to help clear the karma from previous lives?

筆者：會，光療會修復及調整脈輪系統，但這只是光療所含括範圍的一部份，肉體也能藉由光療而達到療癒。

Me: Yes, light therapy can restore and regulate the chakra system, but this is only part of its functions; our physical body can be healed by light therapy as well.

O：這是不是表示，光療可以進入因果層面，幫忙清除前輩子的業障？

O：Does this imply that light therapy can enter the level of cause and effect to help clear the karma from previous lives?

筆者：持之以恆進行光療，會調整疾病的因果。如果脈輪系統獲得調節，肉體結構也會跟著改善。

Me: Persistent practice of light therapy can influence the karma of the disease. If the chakra system was regulated, improvement of the physical body structure will follow.

太陽提到，進行光療時，不但可除障，同時能夠提高人類的振頻。詳情請參閱「太陽之子」一文。

The sun has mentioned that doing light therapy not only can erase karma, but also raise the vibration frequency of humans. For details, please refer to the article: "The Sun’s Child".

O：光療的效果，對每個人都一樣嗎？還是哪種人比較快、哪種人是無效的？

O：Will everyone get the same results from light therapy? Or does it work on one group of people faster and not at all on another?

筆者：適用於每個人，但不是每個人都能感知到能量，因為愈高頻的能量愈精密，肉體與頭腦意識較粗糙，不見得感知得到，如同肉眼無法視得高頻的光。

Me: It works on everyone, but not everyone can perceive the energy, because the higher the frequency, the subtler the energy. The consciousness of our body and mind is fairly coarse; it may not perceive the high frequency energy, just like light of high frequency is not visible to our naked eyes.

O：有一種光療，是直接用人造光來照射，也是很有效果哦！所以這兩種光，一定有某種程度上的差別，但是有差多大？

O：There is one type of light therapy which uses artificial light, which is also very effective! There must be some difference between the sunlight and the artificial light, but how much is the difference?

筆者：雷射也是光療的一種，就是要先產生光束，集中光的能量，所以我們集中專注力在智慧眼，就會產生或接收內在高頻的光束。

Me: Laser is also one type of the light used in light therapy, first the light beam is generated, and then the light energy is focused. So when we focus our attention on the wisdom eye, it will create or receive inner light beams of high frequency.

O：我們自己產生光束？

O：Do we generate light beams by ourselves?

筆者：不是這樣嗎？

Me: Don’t we?

O：那我們不就射光出去了？

O：Then we can emit light?

筆者：後腦勺不是有光輪嗎？就是因為第六輪在發光囉！其實人體本身就是光體的結構。

Me: Don’t we have halos behind our heads? That is because the sixth chakra radiates light! In fact, the human body itself has the structure of a light body.

人體脈輪系統不只位於前部，而是與後部脊椎脈輪貫通，以漏斗狀呈現。

The human chakra system not only exists in the front of the body, but also connects with the chakras along the spine at the back, shaped like a funnel.

O：光療會清除細胞記憶嗎？

O：Will light therapy clear cell memories?

筆者：細胞記憶也是一種能量，光療會清除負面能量。

Me: Cell memory is also a form of energy, so light therapy can clear the negative energy.

O：智慧眼那個位置啊！是不是也有分「靈性界之上」或是「靈性界以下」？

O：As for the location of the wisdom eye, is it divided into “above the spiritual realm” and “below the spiritual realm”?

筆者：眉間是天眼，因果界領域。智慧眼是靈性界之上。

Me: Between the brows is the heavenly eye, in the realm of cause and effect. The wisdom eye is above the spiritual realm.

O：那會不會有些人看到的境界，是不小心從眉心看的？

O：Is it possible that the inner visions of some people  might be accidentally seen from between the brows?

筆者：造化開示過，很多人卡在因果界天堂的美好，以為因果界就是最高的，所以，可能。

上帝既然透露光療可以調整脈輪，顯然很多人能從中受益。造化的推薦，當然是對我們最好的。

Me: The Creator has said that many people have been indulging in the glorious heaven of the cause and effect realm and are stuck there, believing it is the highest realm.  So this is possible. 

As God has revealed that light therapy can regulate the chakra system,  obviously many people can benefit from it. Surely the recommendation of the Creator is the best for us.

O：振動力也很讚的哦！很適合我們這些窮人。

O：It’s vibration is terrific too! Very suitable for “not so wealthy people” like us.

當療癒師刮下星芒體的「能量痰」時，必以意念讓它在光中消散，顯示「光」的確能以自身存在的方式稀釋負能量。感謝造化賜予人類最原始、及完全免費的天然療癒。

After the healers scrape the "energy phlegm" off of someone’s astral body, they have to let it disperse in the light with their mind power; this shows that "light" can indeed dilute the negative energy by its own existence. Thanks to the Creator who bestowed the most original and totally free way of natural healing on humans.

光療著重於療癒，不建議取代靈修。

Light therapy focuses on healing, and it is not recommended as a replacement for spiritual practice.
