最近私房熏烟四起,咱跟烟学熏做“大爷”(鸡)

话说有年夏天回国,路上听到有人在叫“野鸭,野鸭”,倒提了几只鸭子在路上叫唤。小儿子以为那些鸭子都已经伸直脖子是死的,但突然有一只弯起头颈对着他“嘎嘎”了几下,按照儿子的说法是眼神很哀怨的。从此小儿子有两年不肯吃鸭子。最近算是恢复了点,肯吃鸭腿了。但一整只的,还是不愿意。那咱就烤鸡代替呗。

没叫宝贝就掀开“头盖”的结果:

感觉皮还不够儿子喜欢的脆度,继续烤一下,结果:

烤的时候折了一个盛油的“盘”放在鸡的下方,生烟料放“盘”的外面,看看多少油滴下来

今天还找了个鸡腿试试看先卤后熏,有点仿“茶香太爷鸡”的意思,但我这个充其量是“大爷”级别的哈
