unit1: court. tenant paid most owned and pledged a paying plan. Warrant stays.
unit2: default at court. Warrant served. Kick him out next week. Some damage to door need fixing. tenant 3 waiting to move into this one.
new tenant4 got approval to move to #3.
new tenant 5 move in.
unit 6 electric work done. some paint and carpentry needed. tenant 7 ready to move next week( good tenant, awarded to bigger and newer one).
tenant 8 had fight and got restrain order from neighbor. can't live there. Plan to move him to #7.
did paper work for new tenant #9 to move to #8 04-01.
tenant #10 will be released from rehab and plan to move him to #11.
waiting new tenant #12 to be approved to move into #10.
need to send 30day notice to #13(not respectful)
Recinded 30day notice to #14( improved behavior)
new tenant #15 plan to move 04-01.
