【今日房贷利率】3月18日(星期五)

短评:今天(3月18日星期五)的利率和前几天的利率相比个别program略有下降。41万7以下的购房贷款30年固定人维持在4.75%,5/1 ARM略降为2.625%!

For Refinance, rates are based on No Point No Fee. So APR for Refinance = Refinance Rate.
