人间最美四月天

例行的周末跑步时不时整一个半马。四月中旬了，亚特兰大的天是明亮的天，今早蓝天白云，树木葱茏，绿意盎然，充满生机，草地淡淡的雾，朦胧中充满神秘，这样的天跑步真的是一种享受。走出去，跑起来，不负春光。

前天跑出去，朝霞映红半边天，美不胜收！

BTW，今天发现我也跑出一把梳子，哈哈！

Thanks for sharing your story! I am proud of what you had done in past and am sure that you can always do something from now. If running is impossible, you may try swimming, biking, and/or anything that you can do and feel comfortable. I am sure you can do it.

I'm getting too old to do that. I used to run everyday in my mid 30s because I was in the military, I had to run in order to pass the Army PT tests. Then I had three kids one by one, I can't ever do this anymore. No time or strength, getting old. My knees almost buckle down whenever I try to take off. From 2011-2023 my lovely 12 years of childbearing and babysitting years have come to an end too.
