在 foodTV 看到的方子,材料非常简单,又容易做,而且非常可口。
先看材料:
Tart皮料:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 tablespoons (11/2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, diced
- 1/2 cup ice water
苹果料:
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) cold unsalted butter, small diced
- 1/2 cup apricot jelly or warm sieved apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons Calvados, rum, or water
做法:
将 tart 皮料和在一起,用保鲜膜包起,放冰箱至少一小时:

将 tart 皮擀开,长度不超过 14inch :

苹果削皮,切半,去核,再切成块:

将苹果片摆在 tart 皮上,洒上白糖,将半条 butter 切小粒洒在苹果片上,放入烤箱, 400F ,烤 50 分钟左右:
将 Apricot 酱与两勺水烧开。 Tart 烤好后取出,将酱涂在苹果片上:
