The processure is really simple, we just applied.
1. takingpassport photos. we took our baby to Costco (which is fairly cheap $5).我的宝宝7个月，照相的人让我蹲着，把宝宝举过头顶，就可以找了。找了两次，应为第一次头有点歪（宝宝斜着脑袋看costco里面的电视呢
）第二次照成，效果很不错，整个过程不到两分钟。

3.For us, I went to the Office to pick up the form the first and filledout the form at home ( I am afraid that babies cannot wait that long)
4.on the day that you submitt your application, both mom, dad and thebaby should be present. parents will be asking to take the oath
5.the total charges on passport application si $82 ($52 to passportservices and $30 is the city fee). I am not sure if all cities chargethe same amont.
6. MAKE SURE TAKE YOUR CHECK BOOK WITH YOU. they don't take any card for the $52 passport fee.
