2012 year-end family prayer

Thanks God our family started to pray together and read one chapter of Bible before bed time since 2012. Yesterday is the last day of 2012. I suggest that each of us give God specific thanksgiving for 10 things He has impressed us and then identify 10 areas that we need to work on. Here is my list: 10 specific thanksgiving to my Heavenly Father: 1. our family evening prayer in 2012 2. perfect church attendance in 2012 3. our first house in Canada 4. my own car (eventually I can drive alone) 5. job stability (the first time in my life staying in the same company more than 1 year) 6. my son teeth removal and adjustment (we can afford the fee and he did not suffer) 7. my husband responsibility and royalty towards our marriage and family 8. my parents are still alive and surrounded by godly people 9. I joined two small group and expect weekly meeting 10.God is still patient with me all the time (many mistakes have been made during the year) 10 requests lay in front of my Lord Jesus Christ: 1. more trust in God and less reasoning with Him 2. more obedience to my managers, partners and those who have authority over me 3. more serious effort to obey my husband to give my son a good example 4. more exercise to make my body(God's Holy Temple)strong 5. more patience with my son so he can trust me 6. more contentment under all circumstances 7. more English reading, writing, speaking to prepare myself as the next candidate for cross-border tax expert 8. more self-discipline to control my emotions 9. more services in the body of Christ to build up each other 10.more time on reading income tax act in order to find satisfaction in my daily work, which is the gift of almighty God I'm easy to go astray. So I write down these words as a reminder to myself.
