Trees in a Storm

Trees are vey calm in the sun bath
Occasional breeze brings some conversation
not easily heard in the heat
But when storm comes
trees jump right out into the rain
They are fighting with the blowing wind
with much more rebuttal tone
stare at the lightening
and just ignore the thunder
Looking out
shining green flicker in the darkness
that most day wouldn't want
