As Much

It is easier to say the calmness than that one actually feels
The anxiety of separation never goes away
The tough independence we thought we have build our mind to
no more once we move into each other's world
Different strength different dependency
as we indulge in day and night of closeness
Why this world becomes the way it is
people are put on the clock for everything
except time to take care of one's own heart and dear ones'
Yet we could not survive if we have not followed the rules
and then part away to find our own
We need to draw the good for ourselves while serving the society
and then build our own night and day sea and land
We wouldn't be as pure as we could
yet we have survived as purely as we could
after all these years of swimming in the dusty world
