The Managers

Dumb ones
could only manipulate words
across superiors and subordinates

Smart ones
distill and turn words from either side into plans and actions

For those of us enjoy writing
our mind drives words
and words lead our mind
Some equal rights
leave me as a mediocre manager
not too dumb and not too smart
