My favourite author

My favourite author is Mary Pope Osborne. I heard of her books from a friend in Grade 1. I have tried to read it in order but sometimes I had to skip some of her books because I couldn't find them in the library. Right now she wrote 43 books in her series "Magic Tree House." I going to read the next book in the series called "Leprechauns in Late Winter" coming in February 2010. I really hope that she never stops writing good books.At book 29 they split it into Merlin Missions instead of Morgan Missions. I like the Merlin Missions more because there is more action and adventure. -About the Author: Mary Pope Osborne was born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. When she was little she traveled to lots of different places around the world. She got lots of ideas and after graduating the University of North Carolina she started her series.She lived with her father, mother, twin brother, little brother, sister, and two dogs. From 1993 to 1997 Osborne served as the 27th president of the Authors Guild, the oldest organization for writers in the United States.2009-11-09
