老美家的中式设计 - Chinoiserie Powder Room

在网上找到这家女主人的自己的设计.很有vintage的味道.每件东西都有自己的特色.搬过来看看.

The view upon entering the powder room from the hallway:


The light that it gives off is so pretty and has really enhanced the room! It provided the drama that is now the icing on the cake:


I found 3 of these vintage cast iron koi fish or dolphins at a Thrift Store in Pacific Grove. I epoxyed them to some stone trivets I found in the bath section of TJ Maxx. Someone told me that perhaps they were the feet to an old cast iron bathtub:


I bought the mirror at a garage sale for $5:


We just replaced our original annodized bronze window with a Marvin wood clad window. I need to find a window covering:


I bought this chair at an Antique shop in Summerland near Santa Barbara while on a trip for my 40th Birthday:


We don't use the bathtub so I got some fabric from The Silk Trading Company and had this curtain made:

We had our original cabinet painted black and replaced the original corian top with some raku tile we found at Home Expo that reminded me of the color of the bamboo on our Fireplace:
