夏日鲜花冰茶（图）

To make 2 litters of the drink.
Ingredients:
1).  5 tsp of lavender flower
2).  4 tsp of dried mint leaves
3).  8 peels of white rose petal (or a stem of white rose)
4).  A bunch of fresh mint
5).  2 baby yellow lemon(sliced)
6).  1000ml perrier mineral water (or 7 up)
7).  Honey to taste

To mix:
1). To mix the lavender and dry mint, then pull 1000ml hot water into the pot  to make a big pot of flower water
2).  To chill the flower water in a cooler
4). To pull the chilled flower water into 4 large cocktails glasses ---just half way, then squeeze a few drops of fresh lemon juice into each glass,
 stir well
5).  adding perrier or 7 up
6). To garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves, lemon and rose petals
