Should I ask the tenant to paint back to the original colors?

Hello,

The property manager called me today that the tenant moved out.When she did the move inspection, she found out that the tenant painted one bedroom wall to blue and another one to purple. The manager sent me the photos. They look pretty good acturally. Also she told me that the new tenant who will move in next two days like it too.

Our original color was white natural color. My concern is that what about next tenant after this new one? They may not like it. I would assume that natural color is better for rental purpose. Our property manager told me that if we don\'t like it, she can ask the tenant who just moved out to paint it back.

If it is you, what should you do? Ask the tenant to paint back or leave it as is? Thanks in advance for the advise!
