The house inspection report says:
Fundation:
Common minor settlement cracks(less than 1/8) were observed in the fundation walls in the several locations. This implies that some structural movement of the building has occurred. Cracks of this type should be watched for any sign of addtional movement. In the absense of any sign of ongoing movement, repaire should not be necessary
What do you think of the problem? Do we need to walk away from house that has this type of fundation problem? Any experience/advise is appreciated!!
