Hip,funky and great cheap food, you'all get your fill without emptying your wallet. Laguarida.com. Go: El Prado, well, actually EL Prado is a wide avenue linking Malecon with the centre and it's one of the best places to go for a stroll. For zero outlay you will mix with locals, get a real feel for the place and at Malecon you get a busy seafront to grab a beer and people-watch.
