On this past Saturday Night Live, John McCain Joked about himself and Democratic party primary. In addition to O and H in the chaos, he recommended one more:
"I also thought John Edwards had a lot of good ideas," McCain said. "You might want to kick the tires on him one more time."
So what is "Kick Tire"?
The term comes from sales people at car dealerships. Tire kickers would come around frequently, kick the tires a few times on the cars that they liked, but never make a solid purchasing decision on any particular car.
For example:
That tire kicker has come here every day for the last month, don't waste any time on him.
