How is all this possible? It has to do with Whey Low’s composition. This sweetener was developed by a doctor so his wife, diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, could continue her love of baking. Whey Low is a comprised of three forms of natural sugar: fructose, lactose, and sucrose. Lactose interferes with the absorption of sucrose, preventing it from entering your bloodstream and, therefore, sidestepping the normal blood sugar spike. If you’re lactose intolerant, don’t worry. Whey Low has been tested in individuals with this condition and passed with flying colors. In fact, you won’t notice any difference between regular sugar and all-natural Whey Low at all—except for your lower blood sugar numbers.
