I am talking about investing, not trading.
1. Do you really know the area you are going to invest? Basically know how the business is running. Are there any new tricks emerging? etc.
2. Investment cost. Capital intensive, or labor intensive, or both?
3. Investment vehicles.
4. Risk involved.Be aware!
5. go back to 1 and check it twice in at least every three months.
It\'s a marathon. Some answers may not be as apparent as it appears. Only a prepared mind set can win the game. Only look at the bright side of the investment will eventually drag you into hell.
