Mother\'s Day Surprise

Mother's day is coming. On Tuesday, Alex asked:" Mom, What's your favorite color?" I said without paying much attention:"Blue". On Wed. morning, Alex got up early before I called him, said:" I am so excited because the school store is open today." He went to his piggy bank and grabbed his wallet put inside the backpack. When I picked up at day care, on the way home, Alex asked:" Mom, Did you get your ear pierced?" I asked:" Why?" Alex:"Because I got you a earring." He showed me the blue necklace and matching earring. It's made from plastic, costs $4.00. But it's the most beautiful necklace I ever have. Alex said again:"Next year, I'll buy you a bracelet."
