Alex can ride the bicycle

Alex really enjoys scooter. Whenever we go out to walk, he always rides scooter with us. He paddles so fast that sometimes I have to run to keep up with him. But he doesn’t show much interest to bicycle even though both his Mom & Dad are bicycle lovers. He barely rides it and still depends on the training wheel. Finally, on Sunday morning, I said: “Alex, you need to learn how to ride the bicycle. All you friends already know how to do it, and it’ll be so much fun riding it.” Alex replied reluctantly: “OK.”

 

So after breakfast, the all family, including Grandpa and Grandma are all out to the park to teach/watch Alex riding the bike. After Dad helped him get on the bike, he started to paddle, when he got faster, his dad stopped holding the bike. He wiggled a little bit, then rode faster and faster ahead. His dad has to run very fast to follow him. Alex made it! We all witness the milestone moment. Of course, the historical moment was captured by Grandpa.
