Sometimes a government HAS TO use Roosevelt’s “Speak softly and carry a big stick” policy to deal with a small group of people who don’t even consider themselves as same race same nation as the majority.
Let me quote a great man’s famous speech to finish my comment here,
"Our goal must be achieved! Our goal must be able to achieve!”
