A new month, a renewed hope

Finally, a new month is dawn on us.

With the rally of last week, December offers a lot of hopes, at least for the first part of the month.

Fundamentally, we have a committed FED to cut rate, this is almost a done deal based on the speeches from the chairman and vice chairman. Both of them emphasised the flexibility for the rate. Also, Fed\'s forcast said the economy is slow and the inflation risk is low.

Technically, a temporary bottom is found. ALmost all the major indexes are reversed from the downward trend,especially QQQQ and MDY. $VIX is in a downward trend, which should calm the market.

If there are any negative, SMH and small caps are lagging, a theme persistant the last 6 monthes.

So, maybe the best place to place your bet is in the large/mid cap. and big tech names.
