Over trade

Traded 8 rounds ES/NQ. That's way too much. Lost 4, win 3, tie 1. Lost the commission. Already knew today's narror range day, but can't control myself. The more I trade, the easier to make mistakes!

Hold AAPL shorts. Will add more if it breaks 40 again. Market very oversold, but no point to catch the bottom. Trendy day more likely than range day.
