office work + pilates pain + jet lag

                  I resumed my gym activities yesterday after months of idleness. I did a palates class for one hour yesterday noon and now feel my whole body is sour and painful, plus the jet lag from the trip to China, I feel horrible now. Have one conference call and one net meeting this afternoon, and I got to review a lot of documents before the meeting, otherwise, I would go back home to sleep for 48 hours. What a day!
