  前几天《南方都市报》(11月上旬的报纸)讲到,同样的IBM电脑(菲律宾生产),中国卖2万多人民币,而美国的售价,按外汇比价,折合人民币才1万多,两者人民币价差为1万元。

  这是一个令人尴尬的话题,因为,人均收入比中国高得多的美国,东西,反而比中国便宜很多。问题的根本在哪里呢?我尝试从生产、销售、消费等环节,来理清一下思路:

  1、作为IBM生产厂家的联想,该笔记本的成本是固定的(菲律宾生产),在美国卖,也是要获取利润的,那么中国贵了1万元,是否,可以理解为该厂家在这款笔记本上,获取了暴利?那么为什么?联想要在中国获取暴利,而在美国,以非常优惠的价格出售呢?我们知道,暴利,通常意味着,垄断或高度品牌化。这样,就可以理解为实际上IBM在中国卖得很贵,是因为她的品牌知名度高,客户接受意愿强。

  再引申一下,那么IBM为什么?在中国的品牌知名度高呢?我所知道的就是IBM的技术和服务(别看国内有神舟电脑,用起来感觉还是不一样的)。也就是说,IBM的技术代表了“先进生产力”,和“先进文化”,所以,自然而然就卖得贵了。

  2、产品,从菲律宾整机进入中国,据我所知,应该有关税和增值税。很可能中国得关税和增值税,远远高于美国(有心的人可以查证一下,说不定我们的消费税,也高于美国),导致中国消费者,额外支付了关税和增值税成本。因此,一个政府的税收,对民众的福利影响有多大。从交税越多,应享受的社会福利越多的角度,我国目前的制度,安排是有问题的,交多了税,你,丝毫看不到,对自身有任何更大的好处。

  3、从劳动生产率,和劳动力成本来说,美国的劳动生产率,肯定比中国要高,这也是两个国家的币值,有差异(汇率)产生的根本原因,但是,这个笔记本电脑,是菲律宾生产的,与美国无关。劳动力成本,也是同样的道理。
