北京访民张淑凤告北京劳动教养委员会公开开庭(图)

    今天上午9点，北京访民张淑凤状告北京市劳动教养委员会一案在北京市宣武区法院第五法庭公开开庭。北京法律援助中心派出一位姓袁的律师出庭支持诉讼，被告方北京市劳动教养委员会二名宣传干部出庭应诉。
   
    张淑凤这次告北京市劳动教养委员会，是因为去年三月她被北京市劳动教养委员会宣布劳教一年。去年两会前夕，正被软禁在家的北京老访民张淑凤，突然被管区北京顺义区仁和派出所的副所长以邀吃饭为名带走，随后她被以从事违法犯罪活动处以劳动教养一年。
   
    张淑凤被劳教后，随即提出了行政复议。行政复议被驳回后，尚在劳教所里的她又委托人向北京市宣武区法院提起了诉讼。案子在被拖了大半年后，今天终于公开开庭了，法庭内旁听席座无虚席，三十多位北京访民旁听了这次审判。
   
    据不完全了解，访民状告劳动教养委员会这样的专政机关，并且得以公开开庭，在北京市应是首例。据有人透露，张淑凤这个案子得到了北京市法律界人士的支持，今天出庭辩护的袁律师在法庭上也多次指出北京市劳动教养委员会劳教正常上访的访民是违反法律的。
   
    法庭将择日宣判。
   
    据悉，2001底，张淑凤的女儿张蓝被老师王秋菊打肿了脸和嘴，张蓝的爸爸到学校质问老师，不料，被学校另一位在场的老师找了3个人一块儿将他毒打致残，失去劳动能力，张淑凤因此走上了上访之路。但就在2007年10月，张淑凤再次被劳教一年，所外执行。

今日午前9時、北京は人民の張淑鳳を訪ねて北京市の犯罪者への労働による思想改造委員会の1事件を告訴して北京市宣武区裁判所で第5法廷が公然と開廷します。北京の法律援助センターは1位の姓の袁の弁護士を派遣して法廷に出て訴訟を支持して、被告のつの北京市の犯罪者への労働による思想改造委員会の2名は幹部の法廷に出る応訴を宣伝します。

張淑鳳は今度北京市の犯罪者への労働による思想改造委員会に訴えて、去年3月に彼女が北京市の犯罪者への労働による思想改造委員会に1年労働による再教育を宣言されるためです。去年の両会の前夜に、家にいる北京を軟禁されていつも人民の張淑鳳を訪ねて、突然区北京の順義区仁和派出所の副所長が食事をすることを招くことを名にして持っていくことを管理されて、あとで彼女は違法犯罪に従事します1年犯罪者への労働による思想改造を処罰されます。

張淑鳳が労働による再教育に後で、すぐさま行政再議を出しました。行政再議が断られた後に、労動教養所の中の彼女はまだまた人に北京市宣武区裁判所に訴訟を言い出したように頼みます。訴訟事件は大半の年明けを引っ張られて、今日ついに公然と開廷して、法廷内は席を聴講して空席がなくて、30数名の北京は人民を訪ねて今度の裁判を聴講しました。
