    年仅24岁的辽宁省大洼县农民工刘明明，在前不久发生的暴风雪中遭遇车祸，造成多处骨折。同行者为救他的性命，12次向人下跪求救，却屡遭冷遇，最终命丧狂风暴雪之中。
     近日，与刘明明一同在饭店打工的厨艺师傅高波等人，向记者讲述了事件的经过。 (博讯 boxun.com)
   
    特大暴风雪中的惨剧
   
    3月4日17时左右，九、十级北风刮着大雪铺天盖地。刘明明等7人乘坐五菱微型面包车行驶到盘锦市大洼县白家兴村加油站门前的305国道上时，因路面积雪过厚抛锚。车里的人下来奋力推车，后面一辆“依维柯”(车号辽BYB520)疾驶而至，把抛锚的面包车撞出了10多米远，5个推车人全都被撞倒。
   
    被撞倒的人挣扎着站起来，看到刘明明趴在大雪中无法转动，双腿和一只胳膊多处骨折，但神志还很清醒。一见这样，大家顾不得自己身体上的伤，立即去救护刘明明。
   
    求救遭拒
   
    高波：“危难之时，我们无数次地不断求救于当地的120、110。120或是回答‘雪太大，车出不去’，或是推给110；110 则回答‘已告巡警’就不再接听，或是又推回给120。”
   
    “情急之下，我们只好开动已被撞得遍体鳞伤的五菱面包往前挪。车行没多远，到一处丁字路口(二夹村路口)时，眼前一道三四米宽的雪墙把道路封住。大风夹着冰冷的雪粒猛劲地往车里刮，刘明明呆在车里冻得不停地打颤。”
   
    “我见路边有一处小红房子亮着灯光，奔过去敲门，屋里一位打更老汉从窗户玻璃露出了脸。我立即跪在门外连连喊叫：‘救救命啊，开开门，快救救命啊……’打更老汉说：‘我是给别人看门的，不能给你开门。’我们没办法就又开车返回到了出事地点的白家兴村加油站。加油站业主说话很客气，但口气很坚决：别人可以留，伤者不能进屋。”
   
    “一听这话，我扑通一声跪到地上，还有五菱和依维柯两个车的司机孙荣飞、李杰也都跪下再三恳求：行行好，快让他(指刘明明)进来暖暖身子，雪地里会冻死的！可是，业主无论如何就是不让伤者进屋避寒。”
   
    “业主回绝的理由是：‘人要死在屋里咋办？夜间是两个小姑娘值勤，怕她们害怕！要不你们问问她们愿不愿意？’而正在电暖气旁取暖的4名年龄20岁左右的女孩子却一直不回答。为了尽快救命，我们只好拿上两把铁锹，再次开动起面包车往前方路上闯。不幸，又在小红房子边抛锚了。”
   
    丰田霸道“要去接领导”
   
    孙荣飞：“刚巧，一辆丰田霸道车开过来，车里坐着两个身穿警服的人，他们同意我们上了车。为了日后感谢，我和高波记下了这台车的车牌号：辽G51111。”
   
    王大鹏：“此时，被抬到车上的刘明明很清醒，疼痛难忍时还能喊叫。我一边扶着他，一边不停地呼喊鼓励着他：‘刘明明，你一定要坚持住！你老爹、老妈，你媳妇，还都在家里等着你呢！’”
   
    “但当这台丰田霸道开出1公里多行至离胡家收费站约200米远时，司机却突然停下车说：‘这儿有个诊所，你们得下车！我们要去接领导。’”
   
    高波：“我一听傻了眼，我抱着伤者一条腿跪在车上哀求：‘行行好，救人救到底，小诊所肯定救不了他，把我们送到医院去，哪怕拉到前面的收费站再下车吧！’司机却不耐烦地说：‘怎么不知好歹？我们把你们拉出了这么远，还不是好人？快点下车！’他还大声呵斥说：‘再不下车，我揍你们！’”
   
    王大鹏：“这时，坐在副驾驶位置上穿警服的人拉开车门，把伤者硬往车下拽。就这样，刘明明和我们被赶下了本想重谢救命之恩的这台丰田霸道。下车后，只好让刘明明躺在了雪地上。”
   
    警车绕道而走 120见死不救
   
    王大鹏：“这时候，雪下得更大了，风刮得更狂了。人站都站不稳。看着躺在雪地里的刘明明，我们焦急万分，这天儿好人呆在外头都得冻死，何况有这么重的伤！”
   
    高波：“正发愁时，一辆亮着警灯的警车开了过来。我跪在马路中央，对着警车，用劲不停挥舞着双手，嘴里拼命地呼喊：‘救命啊！救命啊！救命啊……’可是警车开到离我两三米远的地方，却猛地一打方向盘，绕着我开走了。”
   
    “警车刚刚开走，一台120出现在马路上。我们赶忙不顾一切地跑过去拦住车，拉开车门后，双双跪在车门前求救。120司机竟然冷冰冰地回答说：‘我车后边有人。’”
   
    王大鹏说：“当时我急得哭着对120司机说，这不是120吗？快救救伤者吧，在雪地里非冻死不可！可120司机却说，我不是本地的120！说罢，使劲一关车门，把车开走了。”
   
    “此时的刘明明，全身已湿透，喊他时有时还能睁一下眼睛，但已不能应答。”
   
    小诊所里的人把伤者拽出门外
   
    高波：“见找车无望，我们只好把刘明明送往马路边亮着灯的一家小诊所(胡家镇康复诊所)。我俩跪在门外雪地上苦苦哀求了好几分钟，这家诊所里那个女人才勉强开了门。我们想把伤者抬到病床上能暖和些，那个女的说啥也不同意，就只得把刘明明放到了小诊所的水泥地上。”
   
    “一见这个小诊所根本没有能力救病人，我拔腿就往离这儿200米处的胡家收费站跑，想尽快找车好救人。”
   
    王大鹏：“诊所里那个女的非要让我去离这个诊所100米远的胡家镇医院联系。临走，我特意托她帮忙照顾一下刘明明。”
   
    高波：“我到收费站没找到车，急匆匆再跑回诊所一看，刘明明又躺在了诊所门外的雪地里。”
   
    在接受记者采访时，小诊所的这位女士解释说，她不是医生，只是诊所工作人员的家属，“我是找人帮忙把他拽到门外，想送医院去的”。
   
    高波：“要是想送医院，得先忙乎伤者，为什么我回来后看到她正忙着用雪清除地上的血迹呢？诊所的门是铝合金的，双腿多处骨折的病人怎么能经得起从如此坚硬的铝合金门上拽过？”
   
    高波痛苦地回忆说，他从雪地上抱起刘明明，见刘明明裤子里的血直往外流，此时的刘明明已气息微弱。
   
    “人间有慈爱，但来得太迟了！”
   
    高波：“这时，我赶紧搂着刘明明一点一点地蹭到了诊所旁边的小卖店门前。此时，我已无法下跪，但见到老板娘时嘴里仍在哭诉说：‘我给你跪下啦，求你帮忙救救他！’”
   
    “这位老板娘是我们遇到的第一个好人，她马上借给了一辆‘倒骑驴’，还让店里一个男伙计帮着把伤者送到了胡家收费站。从小卖店到胡家收费站平时用不了10分钟就可走到，但那天走了半个多小时，一到收费站，我就累得晕倒了。”
   
    “我们遇到的最大的一个好人是胡家派出所教导员付红军。付红军驾驶着派出所的‘小松花江’车拉着伤者奋力向当地的一家骨科医院赶。在雪地上跑出10公里后，被积雪挡住了。付红军马上跳下车，跪在地上用双手迅速扒雪，扒出一步，再开车挪动一步，这段只有半个小时的路程走了3个半小时！那么天寒地冻，他却累得满脸直淌大汗珠子。”
   
    深夜23时左右，刘明明终于被送到了盘山县的一家骨科医院门前。医生护士上车给伤者做检查时还有血压，但等抬进医院大厅，就发现他已停止了呼吸。盘山县公安局法医作出的尸检报告结论是：“死者系交通肇事所致多发骨折死亡。”
   
    高波说：“为救刘明明我们12次下跪。人间还是有慈爱，但来得太迟了！”
