    昨天，南京外事办公室主任蒋建鸣到博讯记者孑木家，告知孑木，近期孑木进行的系列采访报道是“非法采访”，并明令禁止。
    
    博讯近期在大陆的记者采访活动是遵照奥运会期间对媒体适度开放的明文规定进行的，即：国外媒体不需要任何部门审批，只要被采访当事人、单位同意，就可以进行采访。对于南京市有关部门的干预，博讯会密切关注，并希望有关部门提供有关文件。
    
    以下是记者孑木针对此事写的呼吁：

我该向谁述说！
    2007年3月16日星期五下午，南京“外事办公室”主任蒋建鸣（86+25-83377623、手机.[phone]）先生和两位（未知姓名），的国家“工作人员”来我（孑木）的家。蒋主任询问了我有关“南京香料厂”和“将军庙打人事件”采访过程之后，蒋主任说我是“非法采访”，同时也“禁止我以后采访”，并拿走了我博讯的记者证。
