going to Feeding with Love program with baby at LAMP,May 28,2012

It is Monday again, we went to the Feeding with Love program as usual.Today we learned how to make a good bean soup which is very good , healthy for our bones.To build up healthy bones, we need six nutrients.There are calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin A, Magnesium,Protein, and phosporus.In this soup we have all of them.First put some canola and oliva oil,stir fried some sliced onion and minced garlic, sprinkle a bit ground pepper powder and curry powder,then put some vegie stock or chicken stock, put the cooked soybeans or chickbeans,put whole wheat pasta, put the cover on to simmer for a few minutes,then put some kale or spinach either frozen one or fresh, when serve, sprinkle some cheese if you like,serve with bread or fried pan cake.We tried the soup when it was done.It was delicious.And good for your bone.Will you try this recipe to treat your bone well?
