We are looking for multilingual graduates to join our vibrant team of Senior Executive Search Consultants in Sydney CBD. With well established recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies, we can provide the tools for you to achieve personal & career success.
As a Finance Researcher your main responsibilities will be identifying key talent in the banking and finance industry across the Asian marketplace as well as driving relationships with existing and new clientele. This opportunity will support the talent needs of world class clients, and will display our dedication and commitment alongside your personal and professional development. You will report directly to Finance Team Leaders and work closely alongside experienced Senior Consultants.
To be considered for this position, you will possess the following qualities:-
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• University graduate (or soon to be) with knowledge of Asia-Pacific Financial Markets
• Bilingual in English and either Mandarin Chinese or Japanese
• Enthusiastic and motivated for success
• Team player, with a tenacious attitude and strategic thinking skills
• The ability to build business relationships
• Working Visa status within Australia
Recruitment / Sales experience would be beneficial to your application and fast-track your internal progression, however, comprehensive training and on-going mentoring will be provided. A competitive remuneration package is on offer for the suitable candidate, comprising of a base salary plus excellent commission.
