一日居然吃三餐!~~~~~~~

和大多数有学龄儿童的家庭一样,一到周末就忙着去跳舞钢琴中文。通常是在家吃个早午餐,晚饭在外解决。

昨儿特殊,居然在家吃了三餐,难得啊。

秀给大家看看,见笑啦。

早餐

爱尔兰苏打面包





这不是传统意义上的面包,因为没有发酵,有些像biscuit,配杏酱是我喜欢的组合。







午餐

鸡蛋salad






蛋煮熟,把蛋黄挖出来,切成小丁拌 Mayonnaise, 再放回蛋里,然后用香菜碎和西芹
装饰。

虾皮皮蛋






虾皮皮蛋红椒香菜用少许葱油盐醋拌匀。

凉拌黄瓜






枸杞燕麦粥






晚餐

比管鱼头






油菜毛豆






油菜梗切碎用盐爆腌后挤去水分,与毛豆红椒一起炒熟。

还有一个玉米笋菜心没拍






羊肉萝卜汤






Old-Fashioned Oatmeal Cookies






样子虽丑,味道不错,骗小朋友,绰绰有余。
附苏打面包方子, 参考parents 杂志March 2005 整理而成。
Irish Soda Bread
3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 cups buttermilk (or use regular milk combined with 1 teaspoons white or cider vinegar )
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Butter a baking sheet or cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, soda, sugar and butter then stir in the raisins. Add buttermilk to make a soft, kneadable dough.
3. Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead it briefly. Shape it into 2 round loaves and place them on the baking sheet. Cut a cross in the top of the loaf with a single-edged razor blade or a very sharp floured knife.
4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a rack.
