Imminent lawsuit

There is a imminent Class Action lawsuit against my institution. Every supervisor has been warned about potential legal consequences of their communications with employees. The lawsuit will allege that ....... It is frivolous, but it may bring the plaintiff lawyers millions of dollars.  Most employees are still unaware of the lawsuit. But, soon, the lawsuit will be in the news everywhere.
