A Little Boy

Max is a little boy.

He got a good toy

From Dad’s boss Roy.

Max jumped with joy.

 

What was inside the toy

From the big boss Roy?

As a curious boy,

Max disassembled the toy.

 

He couldn’t assemble the toy.

“What would he say, Roy?

I’ll never get another toy,”

Thought the little boy.

 

Mom checked the toy.

“You are a bad boy.”

Max isn’t the mother’s boy.

Max’s sister was filled with joy.

 

Made up his mind, the little boy.

He wants to be a shop boy

Who only sells toy(s)

And make big money like Roy.
