Help -- Ankle Break

Anybody has idea/suggestions how to mend Ankle Break.  I had my angle break last April when I went to China, but I did not know it was that serious.  I had it check last June.  Dr told me that I had a break.  Then, I said what I can do.... nothing the Dr. answered.  As usual, here, in NA, you better be healthy with God blessing or otherwise you will be in big bloody trouble........ but now with the bloody cold winter, it hurt like a helll.  Any idea?  Thank you in advance!!!
