I am a consultant on a project and posted here asking if there were any ones interested in the opportunities. Unfortunately I didn’t get any valid candidates in this forum…
The vacancies for the client had been for about 9 months, it had couple times but candidates were not quite desirable. This morning I was asked to participate in two onsite interviews. Even though one of them was not quite getting there yet, After they left, the Manager said, let’s hire both so done with it. I don’t want to loose the budget for the year, who knows if I still have the money.
This is a very typical scenario at the end of year. If you are not hired, don’t give up keep doing, who knows what’s gonna happen - maybe they run into internal pressure… Good luck!
