If you are in US, the fast way to send money to China would be wire. Fees vary per banks, typically about $35. It\'ll take maximum 72 hours to get there.
The exchange rate between USD and RMB is changing rapidly in past couple days; it was 1:7.194 yesterday. If you want to do it, better do it fast.
You\'ll need (1) Receiving bank name and address, i.e. Bank of China, 12345 xxx Road, xxx City, xxx Prov; (2) Receiving bank SWIFT No (also being called Routing No in US); (2) Beneficiary name and Account No.
Due to foreign currency exchange control in China, one person can only convert up to $50k within a year.
