冰桶甜酒酿

在家休感恩节大假,又上来灌水了!

成功地做了二次冰桶甜酒酿!想象一下吃上跟老妈做出一样甜的酒酿,对菜鸟俺来说是有多么大的成就感哪!这个步骤若不写下来,将来失传了可就太可惜了。俺的法宝就是冰桶和热水袋。

正式步骤:

糯米6~8杯(电饭锅杯)洗干净在水里泡一夜。糯米沥干水后放蒸锅里大火蒸40分钟。

糯米蒸好后用冷自来水(注意:在国内要用冷开水)冲冲松散,沥干后盛到有盖的大容器里。将二个甜酒药球在碗里用冷水花解开,倒入糯米中充分拌匀。拌好的糯米整整平,当中压出个小坑,盖上盖子。

将容器和灌满热水的热水袋放到冰桶里。革命尚未成功,同志仍需努力!每隔24小时换一次热水袋,换3~4次后,革命就成功了。尝尝甜甜的甜酒酿吧!

俺可是试了二次,二次都成功了!看看出了这么多的甜酒,再这么发展下去俺打算开酒厂了!

再介绍一个后来发现的不用冰桶的办法:地下室烧热水暖气的炉子上一直是很暖和的,可以利用起来。将拌好了酒药的糯米饭盛在一个大的容器里,再将容器放入一个有盖子的大锅里(我是用的蒸锅),然后将锅直接放在炉子上,二天就好了。还有据说现在唐人街买的酒药很凶,药量要减少,大概一个球做六杯米。
