…… 這首Carry on till tomorrow是由被譽為“窮人的甲殼蟲＂badfingers（壞手指）樂隊演唱的。這是一只命呖部赖摹３錆M了悲劇色彩的樂隊。
　　
…… mccartney在一次很偶然的機會裏發現了badfinger的一盤小樣，就這樣這幾個窮小子一步登天加盟甲殼蟲的蘋果唱片公司。在mccartney影響下，樂隊在風格上極其接近甲殼蟲，當時一度被稱為“窮人的甲殼蟲＂。樂隊的命咭彩冀K和甲殼蟲緊緊聯系在一起，當第三張專輯《straight up》取得巨大成功時，蘋果唱片公司已陷于管理混亂的泥沼。不久後樂隊加盟沃納公司，希望能憑藉新專輯《wish you were here》擺脫困境，但沃納公司懷疑樂隊有造假帳的行為，從此樂隊被沃納公司擱置起來。一九七五年，樂隊主唱兼吉他手pete ham因無法承受巨大壓力自缢身亡，樂隊不得不宣布解散。五年後，樂隊重組，厄邊s沒能放過他們，一九八三年，回天乏術的貝司手tom evans也跟著上吊自殺，享年35歲。
