我们都知道民主是个好东西,但是大家有想过民主是怎么发展来的吗? 民主不光是一个概念,也不仅仅是管理国家的一种形式,那更是一种传统,一种社会价值观和一种行为模式。回头看西方人的民主,其实也饱含艰辛乃至血泪,同时民主也需要不断历练和提升.
值得注意的是东西方的发展之路是不同的.在谈论民主时,我们不能抛开经济才是根本.当一个国家的人民饭都吃不饱时,民主相比之下也就不那么重要了.再者,民主之所以被许多人所推崇,其实背后有着重要的经济动因和经济支撑.
再有一点,我们也不能因为中国实行的是共产党领导下的多党合作就说她不民主,民生和民权才是民主的根本.

其实这正是我要说的,台湾的民主不尽人意之处,不是民主本身的问题,而是参与者和参与组织本身素质有待提高的问题.
也就是说,民主制度不是拿来就可以的,民众的素质不行,文化传统不合拍,民主在实施过程中就困难重重。
在一个传统文化厚重的国家,民主之路是艰难的。

其实君宪和共和制国号与民主制度实质无关.我们能看到打着君宪旗子的专制也能看到打着共和旗子的专制. 台湾实现民主制度只有二十多年的历史.有不完善的地方,但终究是民主制度. 又有谁能说哪国的民主制度最完美最算标准呢?
何况台湾在实现民主的今天存在的一些问题并不是民主制度的问题,而是参与者和参与组织本身素质有待提高的问题.

我不是单单依据这个排行表打引号的,但我同意27位后的国家都有flaw,法国,我没有仔细想过,但意大利,以色列我绝对给他们引号,甚至问好。法国也没好到哪里。
我还是看重民主的灵魂——自由和平等——自己争取自己的自由和平等,同时尊重他人的平等自由。破坏这两点,就不配真正的民主。 当然肯定台湾的民主形式,同时对台湾的民主精神赋予更高的期望,也关注未来走向,希望不要步辛亥后尘,不要步菲律宾后尘。
